If we're in multiple leagues, do we get to draft a separate team for each league? Or is it whatever league draft happens first, that team is copied over to our other league?
Each league will have separate drafts and therefore separate teams

Yes. As long as you set it up like a normal draft and didn’t select “commissioner manually puts in picks” then yes Yahoo will do it automatically
I have yahoo fantasy and my commisioner decided to send me a new invite with then I had to create a brand new team, now I lost the old one and my commisioner removed the old one from the league. Is there a way for me to get that old team back?? Thanks hope to hear from you soon.
He will have to send you another invite link to get your other team back if he removed your as an owner, this will involve you logging back into your old account

Hey there Fantasy Spartan! Loved the video! I have a question about editing my draft order. Usually I can click on Edit Draft Order and Assign Keeper Players, but, that particular section isnt highlighted and will not let me in to set the draft order. I can figure out what went wrong. You cannot change the order directly from the app, you can however do it online: 1. From Yahoo Fantasy, Mouse over Fantasy 2. Click The Commissioner tab 3. Click the Draft and Keepers tab 4. Click Edit Draft Order and Assign Keeper Players 5. select Custom Order and Keeper League Players 6. Adjust The Order
FantasySpartan I went on the Edit draft order part but it won’t let me click on it so I can’t change the order

We are going to choose draft pick order with dice...... we have 10 teams. How do I go in once we've got that order and manually enter it?
So once you have the order selected you will go to the LM tools page on the ESPN website to input the picks. Note that the order must be selected 1 hour prior to the draft
I've never traded a player for a draft pick, how exactly does that work? Like do I get an extra pick in the round and the opposing player looses his first round pick.

Hey I’ve been a commissioner of a yahoo fantasy hockey league for the last 4 or 5 years and last year or the year before we decided we were going to make it a keeper league. I tried to adjust the keeper settings but there wasn’t a whole lot that I could actually do in the keeper setting and I didn’t even know if it was going to be a keeper league. Is there a setting to turn on keeper league? Do I just renew the league the next year to keep the keeper league going? Do you give up your top draft picks for every keeper you select?
How do you keep the same league from last yr and send out invites to all the players?

To reactivate your yahoo fantasy league 1. Go to the Yahoo fantasy website 2. From Yahoo Fantasy, mouse over Fantasy l select a sport 3. Beside your league, click Renew 4. Optionally, deselect managers from last season you don’t want to return 5. Click Renew League

Yes. You should be able to do this on Sleeper
Hi, I joined a team via an invite and I can see the league when I log in from my desktop but when u log into the app on my iPhone, the league is not listed. It give me the option to join a league but not the one I'm already in. Any advice?
Hmm. Make sure your using the same account/email on both devices
Hey everyone on the my team page on the app. Where you can change player for the week. Some show @brown in green some times it’s red. Does green mean good match up or is green good for the other team? Thanks
Red means a hard matchup and green means an easy matchup
Yo I have 6 teams out of 12 that confirmed so far. I tried getting my friend to join and it says league is full if returning teams join. The teams I want gone haven’t joined yet, so there’s no I way I can delete them. How do I free up the space if their is nothing to remove ?
Great video. Question. Once our waiver wire ends ( Thursday Morning) I want free agents available for that weeks games. It’s showing I have to wait 1 whole week to add that free agent to my roster. What settings do I have to be on in the commissioner’s settings and what days should it be set on? First time doing a league and not very tech savvy. Thank you
So the waiver wire should allow you to pick up everyone that was not claimed on that week. The only exception to this rule is when someone drops someone off of their roster. If this is the case you will indeed have to wait for the full amount of time to be able to add that player. If you would like to change it to where you will not have to wait to add players on the waiver wire, you will have to go to the website.
1. Go to sports.yahoo.com/fantasy/
2. Click on your league
3. Click on the Commissioner tab on the black bar at the top of you screen
4. Scroll down and click on “Edit League Settings”
5. Scroll down to where it says “Time Players Are On Waivers” and switch it from 2 days to whatever you want

I want to convert my league to a keeper league where each team can only keep 1 player from the previous year’s roster. League members would give up whatever round that player was drafted in in the previous season for the right to keep that player. My question is 2 parts.
1. Will Yahoo allow a keeper league where only one player is kept per team?
2. How do I actually assign the draft round for each keeper selected since it will vary by team?
So first off, yes you can set that kind of a league up via the Yahoo fantasy website, and secondly, if you want that to happen you will have to manually remove each players pick from them. There isn’t a setting that will automatically do that. I think that is a really cool idea tho.

How do you delete teams from a prior year to allow new users to create teams to participate in the given year? My new additions are receiving a message my spots are full but I have like 6 open spots.

Unfortunately you cannot
Croto, this would remove the challenge of figuring out/guessing how much you should bid on a player during waivers in a FAAB league. It also adds chance to leagues where there is no bidding.
I made my own pre draft rankings. Is there a way to upload my custom list so I won’t have to look at the yahoo generated projections during my draft?

Check to see if you are logged into different emails on your phone versus your laptop

Next to the players name there should put a button that says queue. Also you will not be able to add players to your que until directly before the draft starts.

Yes you can change your leagues scoring. Go to Commissioner Tools and then click Rosters and scoring, then in scoring settings scroll down to where it says “Receptions” and change that number from 0 to 1. Hope that helps!

If you are on one of your teams, click the three lines in the top left of your screen and then select “My Teams”. That is where you will be able to see the other teams you have.

That must mean either your league doesn’t have an IR spot or the player is ineligible for IR
Never new half of this info. Question if I have a player in my lineup who plays at 4:00 but might be a game time decision, can I change him with a player who plays Monday Night, even after the 1:00 games
Yes. As long as the 4:00 game hasn’t started yet

Scroll to where it says “fantasy football” and click “add team” if you click “Draft now” it will automatically be a snake draft. Hope that answers your question!

Yes you can! To make someone a co commissioner, You do have to do it online though, 1. from Yahoo fantasy, mouse over Fantasy l select sport 2. Click your league name 3. Click the Commissioner Tab 4. Click the league settings tab 5. Click assign commissioner access 6. Select the manager you want as co-commissioner 7. click submit. hope that helps!

You have to finalize team list, that is right above the option to view draft order, once u do this then u can

You cannot directly leave a league from the app but you can delete your team from online.

To leave a league before the draft, use the “Delete Team” in League Notes In the desktop sites LEAGUE tab. League Notes are just below the big picture in the main league page in the browser on desktop. Hope that helps!

I like random draft orders. I’ve always done random draft order in redraft. Now that we’re moving to keeper everything I read says commissioner must choose draft order. Is there anyway to keep randomized draft order in a keeper league?
Technically I don’t think so, but you can just mix of up names of the people in your league and randomly draw out the draft order that way if you still want it random

If the league is set to random the draft order will be determined 1 hour prior to the draft

You just click the link and it should have you log into your account and then create your team.

This is how to auto renew your league:
1. On your league, click on the League Tab 2. Then click Tools 3. Click commissioner tools 4. Click league settings 5. Scroll down to where it says “Auto Renew league” and change it to Yes

Whenever I try to join a cash league it says I need to verify my account every time
It’s probably just making sure you are logged in before you deposit money. Either that or you are not connected to WiFi. I have been having this weird glitch this season where to draft a team you have to be connected to WiFi.

If you league has an IR spot when you try to move that player in your lineup, there should be an option at the bottom that says IR. If the option is not appearing either your league doesn’t have an IR spot or the player is not eligible to be put on IR

3. Edit your dark mode settings

When you click on that, there should be an option that says “Settings” in the settings you should be able to change it

Unfortunately if you accepted a trade you cannot cancel it. The only people that can chancel it is the rest of your league if you can get a majority of them to vote for it to not go though.

Unfortunately then no. You cannot do anything about it. The only way for the trade to not go through is to get 50% of you league to vote for it to not go through

I’m in a private league and the person who runs it send this message “Can you all make sure you are allowing communications through Yahoo. I am trying to email and some of you have SOMETHING set to private” And I can’t figure how to allow connections
Hmm. I believe that is something you can turn off directly on your phone. I don’t really know how things outside your app works, but if the communications error is your fault, I believe it is a problem with something outside of the app.
