What about 0 K it's absolute zero so no kind of motion shall exist so how will a superconductor be conductive if no electron will flow through it?

You are right. Achieving zero kelvin is not practically possible. As we decrease the temperature towards the zero kelvin some of the material shows the property of superconductivity.
