Can you reply again with a short review after your stay? I haven't heard anything good about the place. It's a great location, but I don't want to waste over 3K if the place is a dump.
Went here a handful of times around 18 years ago still looks the same. The rooms haven’t changed at all. The place is huge. To reserve dinner reservations is a pain. Got to get to the pool early as well to put your towel down to save your chairs by the pool. I also tip the bartenders, servers and staff, it goes a long way. 3.5 out of 5. There is always something to do
Hello, just wondering since it wasn't mentioned during the tour. Is there free wifi or internet connection available in hotel? I saw on the website that "Internet" is an additional service you have to pay for, is that for an individual room or per person? If so, how much is it and for how long can you use it?
Oh, that's a great question. Wifi is available in public areas like lobby and lobby bars and pools only. There's some signal in some rooms but it's not guaranteed. We don't know if you can pay for dedicated WiFi
I just found your channel, trying to watch all the resort videos, very informative. Love the riu resorts, watching from Canada.
Thank you! I'll be posting all my videos in english!
Beautiful review. Not sure why people complain. Lots of food choice and big resort close to shops . Seems like nice option . Thank you
Our travelers say it's terrible on the high season, but rest of the year is really good.
Thanks for watching 😄
Thank you so much for an English version!! Going there tomorrow!
Hope you'll enjoy it!

3k??? How many people? How many nights?? This is a budget hotel so 3k is a lot
@DestinationsTravelAgent Sorry, I should have clarified that cost is for 2 people, 7 days, flying from Toronto, Canada.
What dates? I bet it's in the high season
Great Review! I hope to visit this place.
Thank you. I hope you enjoy it if you happen to visit it.

What block is the best ? Block 5 ?
For adults only, yes, block 5. For families, block 6 😉
The only thing good about this place is the location , food is trash , rooms are like 20 years old .
It’s a shame you had a bad experience 😓
