Soya chunks (nutri) - 100 gms
Tea (chaipatti) - 1 tsp
Cloves - 7-8
Cinnamon stick - 1
Black elaichi - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Curd (dahi) - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce (optional) - 2 tbsp
Garam masala- 2 tsp
Kashmiri mirch powder - 2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cornflour/maida - 1 tbsp
Oil
Onion - 2 (medium sized)
Green chillies - 2-3
Tomato - 3 (medium sized)
Soya granules - 1/2 cup
Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp

Amazing recipe using basic ingredients, bilkul ghar wala feel aaya video me when I saw u using napkin rather than muslin cloth which is not available in many homes but are shown in every other video on UA-cam. Plus the use of remaining water of tomato just like my taught me to use it from the grinder. Loved it ma’am ❤️
