I’m not sure when you filmed this. Probably just before the weather turned nice. The snow is gone now in Edmonton and I’m sitting on my deck in +20 degree weather having a beer. Cheers J. You entertained and instructed us all again.
Nice nice job!! 😃 You are just amazing to watch I love ❤️ your videos they are simply the best EVER!! I absolutely love learning how to frame !! Thank you CF !! 🙋♀️💗
CF.You work the way I always worked.I'm 43 now .can barely pull myself outta bed in the morning with stiffness and pains but when I get going I can still hustle.would love have a framing race with you.like to think I could still run you tight.much respect .you are the real deal.
Good job from start to end. 10 hours a day, 14 days.. We won’t add the 15th day, as it would probably just be a few hours more to finish the bits. Well done good Sir.. Grab two beers. 🍺🍺
Do you guys even know the balls it takes to cut on top of the machine like that!!! He does it so effortlessly!! Broo mad respect!!! Especially with no fall protection!!!
Two questions..how come sometimes you use HClips or spacers and other times you don’t? And also why do you start on some sheets with tacking in a nail or two instead of just firing away with the nail gun?
We stopped doing the poly back in the 80's down here in the southern states. Too much condensation was forming in our humid climates. Nice videos. Do you felt the roof or do the framers? Down here we use synthetic felt to dry in as part of the framing package.
I know how difficult it is to find good help. You’re a VERT talented tradesman and and instead of teaching one or two people how to do the work - you’re trying to teach thousands. I respect that. However, when your body breaks find someone to help you and keep going.
yeeeeeah man .... great season. congrats man loved every second of these episodes. super like watching you measure that board tooo. always great job on your vids man!!! yess
I remember when he was posting regularly. Now I wonder if he fell off a house or something. No videos for a year or two. It would be nice to know what happened and if he is ok.
Hi.Can you tell me something ,i want to build a garage in Poland ,like frame house. I want to use a styrofoam to isolate a external walls, and question is how to do this? Screw directly to the OSB without wind isolation? In Ireland they use a wind islolation and then 2cm gap and airbrick or styrofoam. In Poland guys tell me i have to screw styrofoam directly to the osb but i'm not sure this is correct. Same story is in Ireland they use a gap betwen isolate and external walls ,I think this gap will be cooling down. What do you think? Where i can read something about this?Regards
No hockey, no crazy framer, nothing to do. Crazy you need to put the beer down and get out of the bar. We need your videos so we can have our time for a beer. We all miss you. Come back soon.
Hey brother I’ve been remodeling for 20 years and I love watching your videos! Awesome at what you do. I wanted to ask you though, what nailers do you use?
Been a treat following this! Great work. For a layman what level of spec is this build? Is it basic, standard or top notch? I get it isn't passive-house spec but i know squat.
It's a lot easier and quicker to measure the diagonal valley cuts when you start at the top with a straight row of full sheets. If you start at the bottom, measuring the diagonal valley cuts takes more time and thought.
"if you don't know what acoustical caulking/sealant is" then you are lucky...worst stuff known to man, no matter how hard I try I still get a blob on the floor that I end up walking in....oh and wear some latex/disposable gloves if you are using it, and purchase a bottle of mineral spirits as it seems to be the only stuff that will dissolve/loosen it up when cleaning
Crazy framer what's going on i haven't herd from u in a minute are u ok please post more video.... Or are u posting somewhere else like other channel. Wanna hear from u again...thanks crazy framer👍👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Building codes are so strange. Two tiny pieces of densglass in a sea of OSB, serving no real purpose. But the inspector will fail you, if you put in OSB.

@@Thecrazyframer Are they side by side or are you finally able to clone yourself? :)
Every Canadian is proud of this fella! Keep it up CF!
Well said
@@framnerdanI think every American who watches the videos is proud. I certainly am. He is amazing 🥰
Acoustical sealant is the nastiest crap that comes in a tube... fine job big guy🤠👍🔨
Please don't get tired of sharing your knowledge and skills ☺️ you're amazing!
You deserve a beer after ten hours of work great job
CF, Hope you have a break before your next contract. You cover it ALL. Thanks for showing us how it's done and done right.
I started another house right away for Season 5 then they threw another house at me . So season 5 is 2 houses.
@@Thecrazyframer excellent! Are you doing both of them alone?
Nice ridge intersection cut on the plywood. That was the most efficient measurements for that cut. Nice work 👍🏻
Hello. Watching your videos and learning. As they are called those things that raise the walls.
Congratulations ! You do great work and should be proud
Great job!! I think you are the only one to build something like this by yourself
Crazy Framer for Prime Minister! Seems to be a guy who gets stuff done! You got my vote
Cute 😂
I am from Argentina, love your videos, You are amazing!! A house in 140 hours, You deserve a six pack for that. You are the Best!!!
I had at least a 6 pack after each episode. 🇨🇦

Hello Cr Fr. Season 5 should be twice the fun!!! Enjoy the day. Ray L

Great job CF 🔨🔨👍
I hope everything ok ? I can wait 4more video .! 🙏🙏👍👍😄😄😷 hope no one sick and everyone is ok wish u guy's well.
Great work, pleasure to watch how efficiently you work!
Just have to say, you are crazy! Crazy for working alone, n for running around on that roof without safety rope...but you are also awesome crazy!!!
Some of those safety ropes end up being tripping hazards, or rollies
Safety rope is more of a danger rope because it gets caught up when your carrying a sheet up there
Hope you are all doing well through these crazy times
You deserve a good pay...2 thumbs up CF
Good job 💪💪💪
Not only do you build these houses alone but your going home and editing these videos as well. If I could buy you a beer I would!!! Cheers
I miss the crazy framer on UA-cam. Your movies are good. Get we new learning lessons?
-And in freezing temperatures.
I don’t know many people that would be able to do this on there own you do a hell of a job i hope it pay you well for all the effort you put in buddy.
Lots people can do that

The F out of here with that Fake New. Vids or it didn't happen!
Linda Harr what was that all about ?
I'll go out on a limb and guess you don't know anyone that could do this alone..
Dropping that last piece of sheeting in place had to be very satisfying and a good fit too.
No shit!!!!. It would've took me half a pallet of sheets before I finally would've got it right. lol Awesome job CF...You're the F*ckin MAN!
Dude just framed an entire house in 14 days . Fucking amazing 👍
My back is sore
The Crazy Framer take care of that back, and I hope you can build your own home someday, you deserve to use your talents for your own gain! Thanks

That's a great pair of working gloves..... becoming hard to find in S.E. Kansas
This was the first time I tried them . Best winter work gloves by far! Terra

Take 2 man. You earned it. :P
I took 2 more houses after this . Season 5 is me building 2 houses.

whats the advantage of starting from the top down? seems much harder

Missing my crazed framer fix , everything good CF?
Can you show on one of your builds how you install the window by yourself,or do you get help for that, cheers.
I install the windows and doors alone in Episode 15. I still have to edit it . I’m finishing the 2 houses I built for season 5 right now.
The Crazy Framer good job, thanks and stay healthy.Cheers.

Respect👍🏽
After 15 straight days, you gonna go to the sauna or do you have one at home? I haven't missed a single episode. Love it.

That makes me feel better because I was like holy fck , how long does winter last for you guys.
How much money do you make?? Is it per house or per sq/ft?
good job
Personally I love shed and my friend also love it
How do you like that dewalt battery saw and how long does the big battery last?
I love that 60v dewalt saw . Cordless saws were just a novelty before this one came out. I can almost get a full day out of one battery.
I’ve been eye balling the saw for a while that’s answers my questions about to buy or not THANKS
Got me one of those saws so far I love it thanks for the input!!👍
Hope your doing ok mate , I take it Covid has shut yous down over there for a while , Hopefully see ep 15 up when you get back to it
Crazy Framer are you keeping busy?
Dang right it looks deadly! yep!
What do you use for sub floor nails? and Sheathing.
Why do you deck it from top down?is it so you dont have a 2 inch rip at top ?
