I restore mutilated vise and make stand for it

I found this vise from a scrapyard. Restored all parts that i could, some missing parts i made.
Stand is made from 115mm pipe with 10mm wall. 15mm and 8 plates.
Vise is Ridgid matador, made from cast steel.
Tools used:
Bosch angle grinder and drill press.
Metabo angle grinder.
Diy belt sander powered with Metabo angle grinder.
Dremel micro
All abrasives and backings are from 3M
Welds with Telwin Force 145 inverter.
Used additives. Esab ok 68.22 / ok 73.15
