Real World Review Sony A9: Sweetwater Tennessee

- We were asked if we would come and capture the small yet beautiful Sweetwater, Tennessee which is located just South of Knoxville, Tennessee. We couldn't wait to do this shoot because it is actually my wife's hometown as well. Growing up in a small town is such an amazing and wonderful experience especially in Tennessee. The town of Sweetwater, TN is just big enough to have some of the luxuries that one might find in a larger town but small enough that everyone seems to know everyone. We had the most fun shooting this and couldn't wait to share the pictures with our followers. The Sony A9 paired with the G-master 24-70 was perfect for this entire shoot but I did manage to use my Sony a7II coupled with my 55 Zeiss 1.8. I also managed to take some video as well as some drone footage while we were there as well. Sit back and enjoy getting a small glimpse into what life is like for people that grow up in small town USA. The photos were all processed in Lightroom and given a vintage look because the purpose of the photos was to be used in a calendar which would show Sweetwater, TN then and now. It was a lot of fun doing this and would suggest anyone traveling through to stop in and check this beautiful town out and enjoy the slowed down way of life.

My Mom and cousins lived here. I really miss going down and being a part of this little town. After mom passed, I used to go in the evening and sit in the main street gazebo, just to reflect on how much I miss her and be a part of this piece of heaven.
