Wow, what a fantastic journey you took us on with this video! From the nostalgia-inducing memories of your childhood in Mexico to the mouthwatering process of creating those $80 dollar tacos, every moment was captivating. Your storytelling skills are truly impressive, and I love how you effortlessly blend personal anecdotes with cooking expertise. Not only did I learn about a new type of taco, but I also picked up some valuable cooking tips along the way, like the colot/TR tip substitution. Your passion for food shines through in every frame, and it's inspiring to see how you use your culinary skills to bring comfort to a friend in need. Keep up the amazing work, and I can't wait to see what delicious creations you whip up next!
I just watched the Rick Bayless video he did last week on his recipe for these tacos. Im wondering if that's where you heard the name recently. His recipe was much different. I love chuck and short rib with my biria, so this recipe is a must try for me!
Dude, I love it! Had those tacos in CDMX in Coyoacan just walking down the street and meeting this dude with two giant bakets on a cart. Delicious and simple 🥰 Keep Good Soup in the progam tho, I'm still waiting for Chanko Nabe à la Matt 😅
