It's perfectly clear!!!! I'd like to see, if possible, an example of C2 mediation or C1, just to have an idea on how it would be like. Thanks so much!!!
Así es. Necesitaba ver este ejemplo porque no tenía idea cómo escribir este tipo de redacción. Tengo que prepararme para hacer una mediación hoy. Gracias por estas orejitas!👍
Aww I'm so happy this example was so easy to understand for me. You're great at teaching, Mónica. Thanks for sharing these super useful videos with us.

Fantastic Aaron, I'm really happy to hear that. Take care!
Firstly, I would like to say thank you for all your work. I am having my speaking exam tomorrow therefore, I have been watching many of your videos to be prepare for it. I have found them excellent. Good job!
Thanks Mónica for asking. I don't know the results yet, but I am quite sure I did a good job! It was fantastic! Lucky me to find you the day before! Thank you very much!!
Hello Mónica, it’s great this example of mediation for B1 Level. However, could you add any example for C1 Level ? Thank you in advance

Hi Ana, thanks for your suggestion, I would love to keep on doing more samples for different levels, but right now , I'm a bit stuck with lots of work, but I promise I will do it in the future. Cheers!
Wow i just started to get fit into my english learned to the b2 eoi exam in the next few months and i find this channel as the best i could find. lets continue with 10 phrasal verbs! i believe my backpacker's english looks enough to pass the exam with some practice ;) p.d great teacher

Hello Pablo, thanks a lot for your comment! Best of luck!
Thank you ever so much for your videos - they're most useful! I want to take the C2 level exam in June. I guess all the techniques are also applicable to that level.

Hi Ramón, that’s right! The techniques are applicable to any level. Best of luck with your exam and thanks for stopping by. 🤩
Thank you so much Mónica, you explained Mediation, written and oral, with a lot of details and clearly. You have saved my life with all your videos. Regards.

Wowww, you made my day with your message!!! Thanks so much for watching them ♥️♥️
@ no worries.....I've been at academies for well over a decade in València but rarely get EOI test candidates......here in València it's an odd exam because sometimes it feels like the levels don't correspond to the other exams and actually are more difficult.....so your videos were extremely helpful and quite engaging......good work!
Seeing you it seems easy to do, but I don't do alone jijij I don't know how to start an advice and wich is the better tense to use. Thanks for your video I let you how's it goes.

Hi Inma! Come on, you can do it! To give advice, there are different structures you can use: 2nd conditional( If I were you I would…), suggesting (How about doingX…?), or perhaps use modal verbs ( you must do X in order to Z…, ). Obviously this will also depend on your level. What level are you on?
Thanks Monica. It's a great example but I think that it has too many words. How do you count words? My teacher says me that I always write too many words. Thanks
You could do the same videos about mediation sample exam for C1. I like it.

10 місяців тому
Buenas!
Hello Monica, could you explain how to write a formal letter, please?

Hi Mónica. I've seen your three videos about mediation and I must say they are fantastic, most informative. However, although I also found this one useful, I was expecting to see you correcting a real exam from one of your students. Instead, the video is about a mediation exercise example. Hope you keep up doing these amazing videos. I'll stay tuned. XOXO.

Hi Jesús! Yes, you are right! When I gave the title to this video, what I meant was an example that was already done, but now after reading your comment, the word “corrected” may lead to some confusion... ohh well, maybe in the future I might do one “real correction”. Thanks for commenting 👍⭐️
Another thing attracted my attention are the programs you use to make your presentations with nice pictures with pencils and others things around. I love it! I am preparing myself to be a Spanish teacher and I would be very glad if you can tell me their names so I can use them with my students. Is it ok for you? Thank you very much!!

Hello Iraida, thanks a lot for commenting and of course I don't mind sharing with you my presentation "secrets". The website is called slides carnival and they have many different templates for presentations: www.slidescarnival.com/es/category/plantillas-presentaciones-gratis/page/4. You are going to love them!
Hello Monica, I'd like to ask you if inversion could be used in an informal email. My teacher in the official language school says that yes, it is possible because enphasizes what you want to express. But it was my understanding that inversion can only be used in formal contexts. Thanks for your great video

Hello Jose Mari, yes, I agree with your teacher. Inversion is used mainly to give strong emphasis so even if it is an informal situation you can use it. For example, if you are chatting with your friends and they accuse you of stealing, you could emphasize your opinion and say something like: Never have I stolen from anyone. It’s informal but you are pretty upset and you want to make your point clear. Thanks for your message!
Thank you very much Mónica, just one more thing. I asked in Hinative if this was correct: "Had I known that the film was so heavy-going I wouldn't have seen it". And a native speaker answered me: "It's absolutely correct to say this, it's just not very common in spoken language since native speakers generally express ideas in simpler ways, especially in friendly conversation." In addition, in the grammar part of the C1 students book says that inversion is used in formal English, especially in writing. I had a test today, and I really feel that in the EOI they are measuring more our cognitive abilities (how quickly we read and answer) than our language skills. It was just a reflexion. Great video!!!
