    I love dark chocolate, guilty free candy , 78 to 85% is the sweet spot

    Yes, you can still eat chocolate & hit your weight loss goals! Make sure it's 72% of more...the darker the better...just don't eat the whole bar 🍫😱😂

      It's true. I don' keep it in the house, because I'm not a moderations person. That being said, some people are & still being able to enjoy a bit of chocolate can be helpful!

    This was a good vid. u covered up most of the things we do wrong. i think moderation is the main thing. Totally loved the vid. Lots of good info. Big Thumbs up !! 👍🏼
