Yes, I did remove them. They are very easy to remove.
I wonder if you can get another set of aero covers and have a machine shop (or something) just cut out the centers...sweet truck!
too much work :) I ended up buying some replacements on Amazon and painting them
Congrats! A few questions around the 21's:
1. What is the stated range (miles) in Conserve mode?
2. What's the exact process for removing aero caps
3. Have you found a replacement center cap?
1. about 325 miles with full battery.
2. you just pull it, section by section
3. the sizing is weird, I'm still experimenting with options. OD seems to be about 62mm, ID 53mm.
Hold the window button to the second detent. It’s much faster
there are several modes there and all of them are confusing
The 21s look much better than expected. Did you remove the aero covers?
Yes I did. It lacks a center hub cover though but I’ll be trying some alternatives from Amazon
