The first one hit me kinda funny...
I am actually half watching and listening/laughing to this while I work on my first bike. I'm 27 and just got a 1992 honda nighthawk 750 for $400.
I have my phone sitting on the right foot peg, and my Bluetooth speaker hanging on the oil dipstick just next to it, while I drop the oil pan to actually pull the motor out of the frame. I work in a race engine shop that builds for pulling trucks/tractors and drag cars, so I want to do a factory spec rebuild with shit like factory bores and original cam lobe profiles. It's got 40,000 miles on it, so it's definitely a project.

I have a Suzuki GSX750F(SportTourer) with a heavily modded GSXR750 bottom end with an extra gear, this is a "LongThrow" gear that lets me ride all day at highway speeds without turning to jelly, running a GSX750F top end on carbs that is Jetted & Ported, it is a true sleeper with nothing visible on the outside & it catches absofuckinlutly everybody out, I'm running Bridgstones that allow me to wear out my knee sliders just like on my SportBikes, I sell the old ones to Trendies that want to look "Legit", it really is the best of both worlds, shit loads of fun for hours & hours & no back pain, plus the police think I'm just some old guy on a plodder so they pretty much leave me alone, what a result.

29:45 looks like a 66cc. I know for a fact it's a grubee Skyhawk engine kit. Hands down one of the best bike engine kits out there. Only thing I do not like is that Boost pipe. It's a fake expansion chamber pipe that doesn't do anything more than grabbing the original muffler from it, gutting it and taking the cap off. It is nice myscore for it 6/10. Would he give an 8 if it was a real yz80 expansion chamber pipe. Also you can customize your own bike engine more with a g2 Reed valve, 700lb clutch (because its a friction clutch) high compression head, a real yz80 would be better, felt faker gas frame and to top it off a vm18 mikuni carburetor.

Looks to me like he liquor-cycled a jack shaft as well. Most of these bikes are direct-drive to the rear chain, not through the pedal cassette.
It’s also got some go-fast bits on it and the exhaust has given me a 2nd degree burn on my leg when I put one down. I can’t look at melting cheese from pizza commercials the same.

Those comments about fearing to loose a wheel when riding... I learnt to ride on a Zündapp K50 Mustang that I had restored myself. Tuned the shit out of ur and learned to do wheelies on it.
One morning after having fixed a flat on the front tire, I popped a wheelie and the front wheel fell of.
There's a steep if not instantaneous learning cure when it comes to figuring out how to stop while wheeling, whilst the front wheel was swinging side to side from the speedo and brake cables...
My dad had helped put on the wheel, and didn't torque the axle clamps.🤦🏼‍♂️
Still have no idea how I managed not to dive on the nose (fork). 🤷

I've ridden a lot of bikes throughout the years but never owned one. Last year I got a boom Vader on Amazon which is a grom clone. I've had it over 18 months and put 6k miles on it. I get made fun of a lot for it but whatever. I can pick it up and toss it in a trunk if I needed to. Would I like a different bigger bike, of course. Can I make a decision on one, absolutely not. Really looking at the MT line but damn that rebel keeps catching my eye.
