Great heaters, in the right places, back in the 90s we were building De Monte-ford university in Leicester and so they didn’t loose any time in the winter they covered all the scaffolding and put those type of heaters in each end of the Scafolding so things wouldn’t freeze, that worked but we were as high as kites 🙈 well done Laing management

I have a Stanley heater similar to yours. My partner won it a few years back but I’ve never used it. The last week we’ve had a cold spell here in Norway with temperatures dropping to -33c so I’ve decided it’s time to get this heater working

I do have one that thing heats fast. What i did to mine i cut a 4inch hole just above where the fire come out and add a exhaust to it with a 4inch fan in-between exhaust so i get most of the exhaust out my space 😉..... i don't say you have to do it haha i just did and experiment on mine because I've seen they're some just like what i did. They're more of a mobile fornice

My mate had one of these in his workshop years ago but either it was faulty? Or had moisture in the diesel? As it would run perfect for half hour then would shut itself off and a big puff of white smoke would come out! Much to the annoyance of our neibours upstairs. In the end we packed it away and didn’t use it anymore .

That's what happens when it runs low on diesel, it happened when I first turned it on but as soon as I put more diesel in it works a charm
