And this is good news that Activison is now aware of the situation. Today, though, I tried starting the game and it won't get past "singing into online services" lol. Hmm, maybe they are actually doing some real-time maintenance to fix this, or, I've been singled out for punishment! lol Hopefully, this will all be resolved before Black Ops 6 is released. 😎
Well, the Call of Duty login issue I reported above is, from online reports, an Xbox Core Services issue that is affecting users globally where we are unable to play any games (current status as of 7 pm Eastern Time) online, lol. I guess that fixes the lag issue, right? 😉
@williamhab8646 just made a video on this but yeah very unfortunate for us xbox players this week been a real kick in the teeth 😅 but call of duty has acknowledged the mw3 lag issue so that's some good news let's hope that is fixed ASAP as well as Microsoft getting xbox live working again ASAP as well 😅

You’re not lagging compared to me your game looks silky compared to what I got going on. The sound is completely broken. My charter will change direction out of nowhere and my reload animation just flat out doesn’t work. It’s truly un playable
I know others have it worse than I do and I imagine it gets a lot worse from the series X down to the Xbox one. I have seen clips on twitter with this issue and would genuinely be asking for a refund if I had it as bad as others still sucks for myself experiencing it, but I do have less of an issue than many others 😬
My reload animation doesn’t work either! It’s so scary how this isn’t talk about enough. The reload will start to perform and complete with the racking of an empty chamber and still I HAVE 0 bullets! I’ve recorded myself not moving and it was much worse, if you try to shoot it’ll repeat the reload animation over again. wtf

😂 I genuinely eish my best played like your worst man...I swear...every gun fight, I stutter, freeze, no audio, no reload animation half the time, input lag...I would try to slide in MP, my operator has no response, I die...and then my operator immediately goes prone when i respawn 😂🤣😂 The game is just 140GB of misery at this point Thank you for making this video...I play with a lot of PS players who don't understand, you and the people in the comments make me feel like I'm not crazy 🙏🏽
Mines lagging like mad, I can play half a game and then it starts and gets gradually worse. Also, you would’ve won that game if you picked up any tags 😂👍🏼

I have always been an Xbox player and have never had any issues with game like now I,ve done the basic steps to improve it but gave up as like u said it is random I have in the last 48 hrs 1 decent hour of gaming loosing hope of a fix anytime soon and my last game my team was winning in hard point had a lead of 150 to there 60 lagged kicked and ended up loosing couldn't get one kill after that
I play no cross platform on my xbox., and there is hacker parties who play the game all day long in the playlist "SMALL MAP MOSH PIT." I seriously thought it was like a DDOS war, because for me the matches start out fine. When the match is about 50% complete is when it starts to get unplayable, but it looks like that players using hacks were unaffected. You got to love the total abandonment for customer service Activision has as they are too busy raking in the money. This should had been fixed yesterday. Thanks for the vid dude. Its COMPLETELY unplayable. It gets worse as the match goes on. And to be honest my experience is much worse than this it is chopping all over the place. There's even been a couple of instances where my character will do a complete 180 in the next frame. Its crazy
I haven't been having any lag or latency issues on my Xbox One X, but my frames and audio quality have been dropping SEVERELY since the Reloaded update. For some reason it starts happening once the match hits the halfway point. Really hoping it gets fixed, and I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. Felt like i was going crazy.

I put in a ticket on Activision's site. On Activision's site go to support options, select game, platform, gameplay, then issue, on next page scroll to bottom and there's an option to submit a ticket
It's every time now... Especially the last 3 minutes or so of every match, but I will say I found one thing that was kinda helpful... I was browsing an old Reddit forum about the same thing happening in one over two and everyone will say that if you go back to the campaign and play emission all the way through it would basically fix it. After going through all the comments I noticed that a couple people had updated it to a few months ago saying "thank you so much" and all that. So I gave it a shot on MW3 and Play the easiest mission, the AC-130 one, and it surprisingly worked pretty well for the rest of my gaming session yesterday. Although today I fired the game back up and it's the same thing. So I'm actually going to try it again and see it it works... But as far as you reading this, It's definitely worth a shot.
Before the update I got 9 to 10 ms ping . The ping was also constant it didn’t fluctuate throughout the hole match . Now the ping fluctuates throughout the match .
My lag is 100x worse than this (clips available) Almost like I'm on a dial-up ! (Remember them). Jumps/freezes/ stutters. If I restart xbox it helps for about 2 games..then gets progressively worse. Unplayable. Notice Activision are tweeting ahead on next MW release...I've replied suggesting they fix this first! #priorities. Thanks for the vid
After a week of lag ,I’ve just played 3 games in a row with no lag but at the back of my mind theres always the worry that it’s going to lag again and I tend not to play as well etc

My first game of the day is fine.....then once I win one game, it lags and continues to deteriorate....I think it does it on purpose to keep certain players at a certain level
Strange how it took a day or two after update for things to go tits up and even stranger for me anyway how every game starts perfect it’s only halfway through or towards end of game when I start doing the jitterbug dance 😂. FIXED, DO THIS: Ok, I switch to play "Season 4 MOSH PIT" (next to "Small Map Mosh Pit" and "HEAD Shots Only") and there is NO LAG there. I need tried other SELECTIONS to find out what else DON"T LAG. NOTE: there are TWO "INCLINE 24/7", one top level and one under "Multiplayer" (next to Season 4 Mosh PIT). The latter one, next to "Season 4 Mosh Pit" DOES NOT LAG. Where the top level one, before Multiplayer, DOES LAG. I tested the NO log selection one, with all feature of Graphic/Sound/INterface TURN ON, and run at 4k and ALL GOOD, NO LAG. I have tried "Hard Core Quick Play" and "10v10 MOSH PIT" and "INCLINE 24/7" and serious lag no matter I turn OFF all feature in graphic/shound/interface. SUMMARY: drill down to Multiplacer and find "Season 4 MOSH PIT", all game next to it have NO LAG. Good luck, Hung Ton
Shit I have yet to see the lag on your video compared to mine. Mine is completely unplayable. I literally teleport all over the map and can't move in a straight line. I have a 1gb connection so it's nothing with my connection. Need to fix this and give us some frrlee stuff for this bullshit. Never experienced anything this horrible. Been since last update.
I haven’t been able to play in about a week, so I tried playing yesterday. I was happy to get a few games with no lag, and then it started lagging worse than ever. Then there was the issues with Xbox where I couldn’t even sign in. What a week.
My gameplay is 10x worse than yours. I don't have the equipment to record like you, but I wish my game looked as good as yours. I have given up and am not playing until I buy a PS5. Hopefully I find another hobby in the meantime. It's sickening the time and dedication I've put in, money spent, to experience gameplay like this. Beyond frustrating

I’m on pc with fiber optic. Literally every single game I get this giant wave of lag at the most possible worst moment. Have to wait it out and then it’s fine. But it’s literally every match I get in. Packet loss, packet burst, extrapolation. Does the same in Warzone and zombies
Pissing me off now, some days I can play a few without lagging, other days it’s the first game. Had me calling up my ISP thinking there’s an internet issue
warzone has been THE WORST for the lag some times i be going in first person IN THE JUMPING PLANE or i freeze for like 5 seconds and my audio starts tweaking

Thanks for sharing. I thought my skills had deteriorated overnight. I'm on PC and my stutters, pack loss, and high latency notifications nearly every session, even after tuning my PC network to A+ according to the Bufferbloat and Internet Speed Test by Waveform and tuning my DNS with DNS Benchmark by Steve Gibson. In the US, I never get a server connection under 25ms latency, which I don't understand. I once played on a server with 9ms latency, and it was if the game anticipated my motion before I touched the controller. 😂😂😂
I've been having massive issues with stutter and lag since the update but when I joined a friend's lobby and let him host i had no lag playing with him. It's weird . Also. I turned off crossplay in my xbox settings and that kind of solved the issue a little too.
This is not an xbox only issue! i have pc and ps, and i have every issue that is shown here! My theory is the servers are overloaded with content!! we had this issue a few years ago, i forget which game, i know Wz only has a 20htz tick rate which is stupid low, not sure what Mp tick rate is but i bet its also below the ideal!! But anyways we have so much content being thrown at us in this game, i think the servers are struggling with it all, lately we have 3 or 4 challenges a week to complete, we have all these new game modes etc, all putting a strain on the servers, every update makes this issue worse! and we all know every new game is built of the last one. Activision are known for taking our money and not putting some of it back into the game, new servers etc. but also something to consider is that the isp your using isnt optimized for mp games, newer companies that do internet especially! Has anyone turned of crossplay to see if this helps the issue? might be a thing. but i will say one thing ive noticed, i have been put into games were some of the other plyrs have a really high ping, like 100 + ping which will make the experince feel sluggish, hit reg will be impacted etc. anything above 50 ms ping is considered sub par, this is player ping aswell as server ping! but i know dam well whatever the problem is , they wont fix it now there is a new game on the horizon!!!

I have 5G wifi and it's sending me upwards of 200 ping and the packet bursts are so bad that I freeze whenever I try to move. The game has completely shutoff for me several times within an hour. (EDIT: I play MW2 DMZ all the time and I'm experiencing most of the issues there)

This is not an issue for Xbox, it's ALL platforms, legit lost a game of mutation domination, 198 to 174 with 2 flags captured because the servers caused everyone to lag out, so ridiculous

Yeh it’s a joke they just can’t seem to leave anything alone constantly changing things then banning us for swearing yet we can metaphorically kill each other in game it’s just nuts and the people that make these decisions should be sued as I along with millions of people have spent a lot of cash on these games all for them to make it impossible to play they got till Thursday to fix it if not am going to sue the asses off them for stealing my money for a game that don’t even work fukc them this time

All I am running into are the cheating scroats, just on one game and have never seen players move so fast, it's getting ridiculous.
FIXED, DO THIS:
Ok, I switch to play "Season 4 MOSH PIT" (next to "Small Map Mosh Pit" and "HEAD Shots Only") and there is NO LAG there. I need tried other SELECTIONS to find out what else DON"T LAG.
NOTE: there are TWO "INCLINE 24/7", one top level and one under "Multiplayer" (next to Season 4 Mosh PIT). The latter one, next to "Season 4 Mosh Pit" DOES NOT LAG. Where the top level one, before Multiplayer, DOES LAG.
I tested the NO log selection one, with all feature of Graphic/Sound/INterface TURN ON, and run at 4k and ALL GOOD, NO LAG.
I have tried "Hard Core Quick Play" and "10v10 MOSH PIT" and "INCLINE 24/7" and serious lag no matter I turn OFF all feature in graphic/shound/interface.
SUMMARY: drill down to Multiplacer and find "Season 4 MOSH PIT", all game next to it have NO LAG.

Shit I have yet to see the lag on your video compared to mine. Mine is completely unplayable. I literally teleport all over the map and can't move in a straight line. I have a 1gb connection so it's nothing with my connection. Need to fix this and give us some frrlee stuff for this bullshit. Never experienced anything this horrible. Been since last update.
I haven’t been able to play in about a week, so I tried playing yesterday. I was happy to get a few games with no lag, and then it started lagging worse than ever. Then there was the issues with Xbox where I couldn’t even sign in. What a week.
My gameplay is 10x worse than yours. I don't have the equipment to record like you, but I wish my game looked as good as yours. I have given up and am not playing until I buy a PS5. Hopefully I find another hobby in the meantime. It's sickening the time and dedication I've put in, money spent, to experience gameplay like this. Beyond frustrating

Your post update gameplay is smoother than my pre update gameplay... now it's simply broken! Activision need to give us a free tier on battle pass or extend it by a week!

I’m on pc with fiber optic. Literally every single game I get this giant wave of lag at the most possible worst moment. Have to wait it out and then it’s fine. But it’s literally every match I get in. Packet loss, packet burst, extrapolation. Does the same in Warzone and zombies

warzone has been THE WORST for the lag some times i be going in first person IN THE JUMPING PLANE or i freeze for like 5 seconds and my audio starts tweaking

I'm on PC and my stutters, pack loss, and high latency notifications nearly every session, even after tuning my PC network to A+ according to the Bufferbloat and Internet Speed Test by Waveform and tuning my DNS with DNS Benchmark by Steve Gibson. In the US, I never get a server connection under 25ms latency, which I don't understand. I once played on a server with 9ms latency, and it was if the game anticipated my motion before I touched the controller. 😂😂😂

I've been having massive issues with stutter and lag since the update but when I joined a friend's lobby and let him host i had no lag playing with him. It's weird . Also. I turned off crossplay in my xbox settings and that kind of solved the issue a little too.
Even the campaign (xbox one) is lagging to the point that its quite literally impossible to play

This is not an xbox only issue! i have pc and ps, and i have every issue that is shown here! My theory is the servers are overloaded with content!! we had this issue a few years ago, i forget which game, i know Wz only has a 20htz tick rate which is stupid low, not sure what Mp tick rate is but i bet its also below the ideal!! But anyways we have so much content being thrown at us in this game, i think the servers are struggling with it all, lately we have 3 or 4 challenges a week to complete, we have all these new game modes etc, all putting a strain on the servers, every update makes this issue worse! and we all know every new game is built of the last one. Activision are known for taking our money and not putting some of it back into the game, new servers etc. but also something to consider is that the isp your using isnt optimized for mp games, newer companies that do internet especially! Has anyone turned of crossplay to see if this helps the issue? might be a thing. but i will say one thing ive noticed, i have been put into games were some of the other plyrs have a really high ping, like 100 + ping which will make the experince feel sluggish, hit reg will be impacted etc. anything above 50 ms ping is considered sub par, this is player ping aswell as server ping! but i know dam well whatever the problem is , they wont fix it now there is a new game on the horizon!!!
I be lagging 99% of all games I get in, most are mild, some are unplayable. Do mind I’m on pc and I made sure the drivers are updated. It could possibly be both my Wi-Fi and the servers just sucking at the wrong time

I have 5G wifi and it's sending me upwards of 200 ping and the packet bursts are so bad that I freeze whenever I try to move. The game has completely shutoff for me several times within an hour. (EDIT: I play MW2 DMZ all the time and I'm experiencing most of the issues there)
I'm on Xbox, I play resurgence allot, game will run decent for a few minutes, then it will start laying so bad it's unplayable, I can exit game and it is the same thing, ok a few minutes then unplayable

I can’t even play anymore I’m getting hit so bad I’m teleporting and freezing up and even with 12 latency 0 packet loss. I’ve reinstalled the game, hard reset my router before looking into it. Anyway, I’m completely irritated with the situation and it’s ahead been a week now with no resolution 😢

A lot of the time when i pick a gun up it doesnt show the gun i have to change weapons for it to appear

This is not an issue for Xbox, it's ALL platforms, legit lost a game of mutation domination, 198 to 174 with 2 flags captured because the servers caused everyone to lag out, so ridiculous

Literally was sniping got about 15 kills no dying then when I die automatically lagging like instantly makes me terrible at the game lol
