That's actually a great idea, but Dave Filloni is the type of guy to never remove focus from the main crew of the series. Rebels is a great example of that, he never let Vader, Ahsoka or Rex take center stage for too long at a time

The same guy who went on to put himself in danger, which forced Ahsoka to save him before Steela. And then again, the same guy who, once was saved, decided to just lie there and watch as a turret targeted and shot Ahsoka, which led to Steela falling to her death. Personally, I hope to never see or hear about that moron again.
For death watch, he thought they were honorable warriors, only siding with them to defeat dooku. As for the turret, it was behind him, how could he have seen that?

I'd like to believe that Ahsoka sought refuge and stayed with Lux for a while. They were probably happy for a time, just like Atlanna and Thomas Curry. Leaving her life behind as a Jedi she bore Lux a son. Then the day came when she had to maintain balance in the galaxy till the Chosen One would liberate the galaxy to keep it from further slipping into darkness. So, Lux stands outside gazing at the stars, waiting for the day she returns.

By showing lots of POC, Women, and Aliens in the Empire it takes from there evilness and humanized them. I'm not saying high ranking women and POC didn't exist but they weren't supposed to be common. You were supposed to hate the Empire not want to be apart of it.
