Wayne Coyne did a series of YBTPR paintings. This is one of them. I chose this because it was probably the one most easily recognizable to the cover. Here's a collage of most of the rest:

I'm familiar with pretty much all of the other paintings because they were used as covers to the subsequent single and EP releases after Yoshimi, but I could never find this one! Thanks for sharing :)
