A couple things: 1) this was the best Hot Ones episode of all time 2) Sean the host has peaked in hosting professionalism, nothing can break him 3) Bobby Lee's roller coaster of emotions (14:31) is inexplicably well-fitting to the show's calm host and increasingly hot wings format, as he goes from yelling to a placated genuine interest in the hotness of the next sauce
