You made a really cool wagon to pull your kids in but one thing that I really didn’t like about the way you were letting your son sit in any of the cars he wanted. I know there “Rat Rods” but some guys really put a lot of time and money into their builds and you still need to Respect them and a lot of people don’t like when you let kids help them selves to climb in and play around.
Please don’t take this the wrong way I just know what it’s like when I and a lot of us see kids doing that! We want them involved but also respect others

@@markdebano944 Thanks man and I totally understand what your saying. I try to tell him as much as possible to not do that for that reason. For the most part he listens but he's 5 and gets excited and doesn't think and just runs ahead of me and does it before I can correct him. I talk to him about it and tell him that he can't just do that and then the next thing you know, someone says "hey let him sit in it" and then that goes against what I just had told him not to do. So I'm trying, it's not that I don't care or just let him do what he wants. Its just a learning curve and most of the time he does do a pretty good job at listening but he's also 5 and easily forgets because he gets excited. We will keep working on it as I love taking him to car shows and getting him involved in the scene. Thanks again for the comment.

@@markdebano944 I forgot to apologize in my last comment for his actions, if one of the couple of cars that he sat in and didn't have permission was one of yours. Believe me, he has had a talking to. The 99.5% of cars he had permission to sit in he really was thrilled to have been able to have that experience. The .05% that he didn't have permission, he should have known better. When it comes down to it, it is I as a parent that is to blame. I do appreciate you for bringing that up as I can further sit down and talk to him that there are some people that don't tolerate it. Ratrod or not!

That kid was having the time of his life! You’re a great dad! I can tell by your calm and thoughtful response to the comments! I sure enjoyed your video of the event, I’ve been watching some of the builders on UA-cam and would have liked to see it in person, we have cruising the coast in my state, about three hours away from me, I’m just a spectator, one day I’ll get my old truck entered! Hey keep on being a great Dad!

@@peterroper7471 Thank you so much for that comment. Means a lot. We have a lot of fun and I love that my kids really enjoy the cars as much as I do. Something we can share together. I'm sure someday you will get that truck done and out there. I've had my S10 since I was 16 and dream of getting it back on the road someday. You'll get there buddy.
