Bruh people are saying robots are the worst mobile suit Gundam is for space they have boosters that can make them super fast and much more durable since of there armor is super strong and this is said by me a GUNDAM FAN:) a robot and a Gundam is different so ye robots are what u guys said and I said what the gundams are and what he built right here is a Gundam rx78-2
I do kind agree with it, once I've read an article about military robot...they said that bipedal animal including human is the worst offense and defense physically compare to other animals, that's why we counter it with our brains and using tools to cope for our physical weakness and standing with 2 legs do really needs a lot of energy, that's why there's no logical reason to use bipedal weakneses in a military vehicle...but still 2 legs mech and Gundam is really cool and I love it a lot...hahaha 😊 and they said love isn't logical 😁
As awesome as they look, I still don’t see any reason to use mechs over tracked vehicles in anything but a pure logistical role. They’re larger, easier targets, vastly more expensive and harder to maintain, slower, and they don’t really have that much of an advantage except being able to carry (more) stuff.
@@imahoare4742 but wouldn’t something smaller, designed like a bug or spider, be more useful then? I simply don’t see a need for them to be so large and human shaped
There are non humanoid designs but for the most part the humanoid design is mostly aesthetic, although it can be argued the humanoid shape aids with agility and overall perfornance. As the series evolves, mobile suits get faster, more firepower, transform into aircraft and are basically invulnerable to anything short of a direct hit with a beam sword.
If you give something the mobility and speed of a jet, then give it the weapons of a battleship, and armor between, I’m sure you would find it amazing.
As a die hard gundam fan, I think this is your best build to date! Great work!

Mobile suits are mainly designed to used in space. Their maneuverability, speed and firepower make anything less, obsolete.
