Was looking forward to Alexia's reaction to Larkin Poe. This was from Oct 2023. Was that a tear I saw her wiping away? One of my favorite bands from today. Also, nobody does hair flips better than Rebecca. BTW, speaking of tickets, it was a good week for tickets. Larkin Poe about an hour before you did this (coincidence) and Aurora yesterday. Rebecca and Megan are extremely talented (they just won a Grammy for best Contemporary Blues Album, "Blood Harmony"). They started playing violin at a young age and became accomplished and award winning blue grass players with their older sister Jessica (The Lovell Sisters). When Jessica left the group, Rebecca and Megan reformed as Larkin Poe and became a rock/blues/roots/Americana band. Slide guitar virtuoso Derek Trucks (Allman Brothers Band) dubbed them "the little sisters of the Allman Brothers" and they have played with the likes of Bob Segar, Willie Nelson, Elvis Costello, Billy Gibbons, ZZ Top, and many others and are well respected in the music industry (Megan has become a renowned lap steel player and Rebecca an accomplished singer, instrumentalist, and song-writer). I saw them last year in Austin, Texas and the sisters rocked the place down
