Great video, I recommend you wrap a layer of electrical tape/duck tape around that carabiner you clip your coffee mug onto. It'll get rid of that clanging noise while you travel and keep you sane.
Just ordered a new packable daypack thanks to this review! Was going to pack a standard backpack and a tiny super basic packable in my 4 year old Osprey Porter 46L. I didn't know they made packables with so many features. Went with Eddie Bauer 20L instead of the one you have because I wanted an internal pocket for laptop/tablet carrying. I have watched well over a dozen packing guides and yours was the first to show me the bag style. Thanks!
I used t-mobile based on another vlog recommendation, they canceled my number after 3 months of travel, it's in the contract. just a heads up for longer term travelers.
Ive been trying to decide what bag to take with me for travel. Osprey Porter was one of my choices but I ordered the Tortuga outbreaker. If it doesnt work I can always return it. What made you settle on the Osprey Porter?
Hi Davy! Thanks for a good review! May I ask if this Osprey Porter 46L is allowed for you to bring the backpack INTO the aircraft, as a CABIN CARRY-IN luggage without any problem with its size? I am a bit worried if the control will stop me for taking this Porter 46L into the cabin with me? How is your experience with this Osprey Porter 46L - please could give me some information from your traveling? I was also comparing this Porter 46L with the Osprey Farpoint 40 that is Airline approved. Best Regards and wishing you all the very Best always! /Charl
Sorry I'm just now seeing this! Yes I took more than 10 flights and never had a problem with my Porter 46! and the front opening is so great for packing cubes and packing shoes in there.
I’m sorry but ur video title says budget travel... osprey bags are very overpriced. I have been traveling for 6 months now with the Ozark trail 45L from Walmart. Was 30 bucks onslaught at Walmart. Check em out. All bags serve the same purpose.
Check out these guys! www.truewildstore.com I have tested 90% of the items they carry and love everything about them. The brothers that run the store also lead hikes, expeditions, and survival courses. I get nothing out of posting this, but they deserve every bit of credit.
5 years later, 🤣thanks for the tips mate, it was very helpful👍🏻🇦🇺

Hi. From which company are jackets again?
Ive been trying to decide what bag to take with me for travel. Osprey Porter was one of my choices but I ordered the Tortuga outbreaker. If it doesnt work I can always return it. What made you settle on the Osprey Porter?
I love the full front opening, really great for getting to all my stuff and fantastic for packing hiking boots.
Where did you get the blazer? I think it is a great idea to have one similar.
Uniqlo I love it - comes everywhere with me and super packable.

About to do the same thing as you. Did you have any issues with your bag fitting on any of the European budget airlines. ....Thanks!
I'm sorry, but Ozark Trail bags are very overpriced. I have been traveling for 6 months now with plastic shop bags from the dollar store.

Why didn't you close the bathroom door?
Next time, please close that toilet lid and door, some "Feng Shui" manners. It was weird looking at it on the video or even without.
This is so copied from Vagabrothers, I watched their video and then came here, its all the same
who?
Great video!
