Hi Chris, I so love the Armadillidium Klugii Montenegro Isopod. I have Armadillidium Isopods, I would love to obtain the Montenegro ones. I live in Australia. We don't seem to have much variety here as you do over there, only Armadillidium, Porcellionides Pruinosus, and a Cubaris type. Do you know of anyone I could get the Montenegro Isopods from? It is quite disappointing that we really don't have much to choose from here. Anyway, I love what you do and you have so many beautiful ones. Thanks so much for sharing your collection with us all. 😊
I just set up my first enclosure for these isopods. They are so cute and I hope they do well. Its hard not constantly checking on them I worry that they arent happy lol. But just gotta wait and see.
WELL! I have the king of clowns, A. werneri (Greater Clown) and I kinda love them. All the clowns, like Porcellio species, seem to do great in Colorado weather. A. klugii are very cute. I think the clowns are just darling. What cuties.
Great video. Specifically for me, I had not heard about congregation in the hydration station as you mentioned. I am not experienced that, but now at least I know what it means if I do! I am relatively new to this, but have been researching and watching videos for several months now, and haven't heard of this. Thank you again!
I recently started keeping Crested Geckos. Of course the Bioactive thing comes with. I started a culture of Dairy Cows and am hooked. Bring in the Clowns. Cheers
More than likely my phone lol, I do however have a few other camera. I have a bug Nikon Z with a 65 and a 105 macro as well as a Sony camera but for the most part the phone is quick and easy
Never lol are you subscribed to the new channel? Realm Natura is where I’ll be posting future non fish related content such as isopod videos etc… Here’s a link should you wish: youtube.com/@themadaquaristsrealmnatura2556
I accidently killed mine. 🤦😭😢 They were doing so good in numbers in short amount of time... 🙏 r.i.p. I.. Thought I watered them, turned out I didn't and they dehydrated ...I found out I am pregnant and had major "brain fog" type of deal going on. I'm going to try again when I'm ready... But damn... That made me sad.. Still sad.
@@themadaquarist I understand its my first time, but damn. Well .... Kind of makes me feel better knowing that even you have had this happen... But *le sigh* Thank you for your reassurance!
Nice looking bug Biggsy 😁 never thought i would say that 👊👍👍👌🙂🇦🇺
Crustaceans not bugs! Think ‘throw another shrimp on the barby’
I'm thinking the wig and the circus themed music have found a natural home with the Biggs Adventure
Go COWBOYS!
Very true, in more ways than you know
Hello great video information
Very kind thank you

Only takes one cultures to get you started!
Ok, so since there are several variants of the same species, that means they can still breed with one another yes?
Theoretically yes, some may be geographical variants. Some may very well be distinct species if more academic work were to be done
I love your video what are you filming with

I’ve lost expansus colonies three times and they sure weren’t cheap! Keep
Plugging away till we have success!
@@themadaquarist
Yes! Very pricey!
Which colonies have you lost if I can ask that?
Only expansus and one colony of both spatulatus and flavomarginatus.
