Delicious and easy-to-make quesadilla with meat and cheddar cheese. You will cook it in 5 minutes! Be sure to try it!
Ingredients for 2 quesadillas:
✓ 2 chicken eggs
✓ 200 g. minced meat
✓ 2 wraps
✓ 100 g. cheddar cheese
✓ parsley, dill
✓ 1 onion
✓ 2 cloves garlic
✓ sea salt
✓ black pepper
✓ oregano
✓ paprika

That's my breakfast most days! Don't need so much meat and veggies are just window dressing. Make it easy on yourself.
50 - 60 grams of meat is plenty for one guy. Half a bratwurst/Italian, what ever you got leftover (fish is really good with this) from dinner the night before works. Slap it in the pan and season it up. I usually hit it with plenty of hot pepper(s) and some home made jerk seasoning (cause I like it).
When the meat is fully cooked or seasoning assimilated, crack two eggs on top of them, grind some black pepper and combine gently.
When the eggs are almost done, turn the range off, shake some shredded cheese (about a 1/4 cup) on top and (again) gently combine. Divide the mess onto a coupla (I like corn) tortillas that have been previously warmed and finished with a strip of ketchup. Spoon your stuff onto the tortillas, add another strip of ketchup and enjoy. OR pile it into one larger flour tortilla/wrap and hit the road!
Quick, easy, flavorful, minimum mess and (for me) gluten free, nutritious breakfast that holds me until my evening meal.
The combinations are infinite and the satisfaction is guaranteed!
