This song made me obsessed with Olivia. I bought the 45 when I was kid and just played it over and over. I hate saying goodbye but I’m glad she isn’t in pain any longer. She fought like no other! She was the epitome of beauty, class, and grace. Now she is eternally an Icon. ♥️

I'm gonna go out on a limb here. Over the years, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has inducted Madonna, Linda Ronstadt, Donna Summer, Laura Nyro, Janet Jackson, and Whitney Houston. These were all women who were more on the pop fringe, but dabbled in rock from time to time. Olivia deserves that honor as well. Also, she just as much a chameleon as Bowie and Madonna. She changed persona and had huge success with each one.

I can’t imagine being behind the controls in the studio listening to this beautiful magic as the chills run up your spine and the hair stands up on the back of your neck. Amazing voice and easy on the eyes.
She really was the REAL DEAL. There is always some help in the overall sound when mixing down vocals on a song for the final track. I however think Olivia made this process pretty damn easy for the sound engineers because of her talent.

alan guttenfelder If I remember correctly, the Grease soundtrack was still doing well when Totally Hot came out and it was hard for people to separate the two regarding Olivia's songs. A Little More Love was overshadowed by the Grease songs.

When I was little, we constantly had music on in our house. ONJ was always in the top 40. It's funny. When I hear these songs nowdays, I can clearly remember when I 1st heard them, where I was, etc.. and I was like 3 or 4 yrs old! This 1 and Magic are my favorites by her. Such a tiny thing, with such a huge voice!!!

I like how ONJ transformed her image on this song and album, which in some ways mimics her liberated Sandy image change in Grease. I just love the guitar riff and appregiated part in the chorus where she's singing "With A Little More Love Make It Right," it's just so catchy! And she's so pretty here!
