Great score! Gotta love the low price scores that are out there. I’m fixing a rolled over sportsman that also had a bent steering post like that: make sure you check the vertical section the post mounts to as the one I’m fixing the weld was broken where it’s attached to the top of the frame.
scored a 97 in the same shape as yours for 100,dumbass put a new carb on it and didnt put it all the way in the boot, and it cought the carb on fire,i cleaned the original carb fixed the boot and started right up,runs great
Love to videos, I've learnt alot from your channel. Was wondering if it's possible to put newer style rear hubs on a 93 sportsman to get away from the 4 on 4 10" wheels. Would like to switch to 12" rear wheels. Any help would be appreciated.
The issue from doing this is it’s impossible to find a rear wheel in 4/156 with the correct back spacing for a solid axle. If the plan is to run a 12” tire, then you could consider 4/4 to 4/110 adapters. This would let you run a 12” pair of new ITPs on eBay for $100, or solid axle Honda rear wheels 2/5 backspace will fit nicely so you can get used rims from MP, or CL. Adapters could be made from a piece of 1/4” plate for super cheap.
I like those plastics. Mine is white and yellow. Id like the purple.
My steering post looked just like that. 10 min and good press made it straight as a new one. 20 bucks for his time.
Nice.. I'm jealous.. I wanted one of those when they first came out... It never happened.. Lol... Good job!
Just pick up same thing for 750 not running. Took old gas out and messed with the chock and it fired right up. Good find
I love the purple! That's a badass four wheeler! I would love to have it! And long time no talk by the way!
That is a great score. Be safe my friend :)

Thanks. Mine is good. Just the vertical part that the fan mounts to it bent a little. Nothin a hammer cant fix.

Interesting idea. Not sure if it would hold up because the old style is flaired out in the back for strength. The new style is flat.
@@TitaniummanGarage good to know. Thanks!

I know these four wheelers look small on camera I have my own and it is huge😂😂😮
The tires were worth that
Can u mke a video of front where all wires are at top
Yikes! There are a lot of wires on the circuit board. I have a video dealing with 4x4 issues that might give you an idea.
Do you have any videos of adjusting the timing or a Polaris?

Nice!! Straighten the post yourself and call it a day!
The bottom was twisted so the tie rods didn't line up correctly. I just installed a used one that was strait.
HOWS THE PROJECT GOING??
Done and sold to a friend. He loves it.
@@TitaniummanGarage right on. Im rebuilding mine, you think the carburetor is worth messing with or just buy a new one? they are like $30 on amazon.
