Will he is battling the werehog thing plus he almost slaughter his brothers in the woods and tails is doing what he can to find cure but he also is one of guns most trusted operatives which means they have probably to be informed about the situation which we may not know if they have and if so they probably are looking into cure or whatever as well at the same time staying in touch with tails so even though silver and sonic are not actually gun in this there brother shadow is and with his commander approval they have access to that beach location as long there brother shadow is with them but that's my personal perspective of what I think
