A Frozen Serenade is incredible. Have listened to it many times and I don't think I will ever get tired of it. But Signs of Deliverance is great as well, obviously.
Miyako is playing her Infinite Trad ST, not a strat! The acoustic guitar was recorded by Miyako, but live Midori plays it because Miyako is on the piano!

Miyako composed solo for Signs of Deliverance with intention for both of them playing it live in harmony, in sync. Than they both practiced a lot to make it happen. Real magic is created in Miyakos home studio. Gotta love that dedication, persistance to get it nailed to perfection. M & M is the best, nobody is on their level... Judgment Day is also something really special, new album is gonna break everything and show everyone how bad they all are no matter the genre. We should all be happy to live in an era of Lovebites

Oh, good comparison between Miho/Haruna and Harris/McBrain, but honestly Haruna would run laps around Nicko. If you don't believe it, play "Aces High" and "The Crusade" back to back. "The Crusade" was written as a tribute to Iron Maiden, but if the girls surpassed the old masters, well, everything evolves, even metal.

The best way to describe A Frozen Serenade is “Hauntingly Beautiful” as for S.O.D. like you said All Gas No Breaks it’s what I love about this band once you jump aboard their train it’s 100mph and they don’t stop lol

What gets me about A Frozen Serenade is that it was written and composed ... by Asami! Her composing skills are just about on par with Miyako's! I look forward to hearing a lot more composing from her (the new song Judgement Day is also an Asami composition).
That's pretty impressive, not as surprising though as it definitely feels like her song 💪🗣
Well, Mao seems to be helping her, but it is true that Asami is becoming a fantastic songwriter in her own right. I think I've absolutely loved every single song she's been credited for.
Asami (Vo) was originally an R&B and soul singer.
She had never listened to metal music at all, which she says was "music from another dimension.

Smokey All gas and no brake!! Miyako/Midori response what's a brake?? Signs of Deliverance is a real example of a Vulcan mind meld that happens all the time with M/M despite being polar opposites. I agree this band thrives LIVE and sound better LIVE. Nice reaction and you lasted through both songs without a meltdown (LOL).
How many true masterpieces are there in the history of rock? A dozen? Maybe twenty? I’m not talking about merely great songs. What separates masterpieces from merely great songs, is they tell a story, taking you through a range of emotions until they overwhelm you. Few rock groups have ever produced a masterpiece, and some of the greatest never managed it. Lovebites, in five short years, have given us several. For me, "Frozen Serenade", and this performance in particular, rivals “Swan Song” as their greatest.

A Frozen Serenade is not a song, it’s a production! And once you’ve seen the catwalk solo in Signs of Deliverance, next time, when the lights drop red and you see Miyako walk stage right to centre, you will get goosebumps. If you only just noticed the white piano (a Roland Baby Grand I think) then that means you haven’t reacted to “Swansong (with Chopin intro)”. It’s a must see that we must see you seeing! (And not being condescending but you would not be alone if you mispronounced Chopin. It’s “ShowPan”).

Asami was also a ballerina, thats why she has graceful movements….

This is footage from two different concerts. In the first one "Frozen Serenade) Miyako had a full sized concert grand piano but the white piano in the second clip is actually a Roland electric piano jazzed up to look like an acoustic grand piano. I'm sure that I won't be the only person to tell you this but if you want to see Miyako really cut loose on that piano then you must, I implore you, listen to "Swan Song". Make sure you have the version with the Chopin intro though..... hell I tell you what.... I'll give you the link;
