Best color scheme out there!
I need more videos of this think! It’s insane! Hoping you guys bring one to Paul Bunyan!
Outstanding Andrew.
Andrew I have watch Chris @in the wood yard use the 22MB that you shipped to him and even as a novice he can shift a lot of wood , much more than with his Ultra. Keep up the good work with both your videos and your wood splitters.
Just watched the live stream the thing about the axis that Hometown Acres and KNL firewood there issue is when they turn the Conveyor on 4 it robs power or speed from the wedge!!!!
Andrew it's pretty fun watching you Set The Bar for the competition. You really have a winner here.
Big thanks for bringing it by this week Andrew! It IS AWESOME! Two tractors loading the live deck and we could barely keep up with you at times. Built strong and tough, and has everything you need as standard equipment. Except the logs....LOL! Cheers pal!
Thanks for all the support gord. Gerry and i had a blast!!
Very nice 👍🏻
I just love all your machines I can see a good buisness out of this I also liked various other machines you have I also see a money making income from your products do they come with spares bearings saw blades ext there are 4 machines I liked mid next year I have until then to make up my mind anyhoo thanks M8
YES!
This thing really kicks ass chris!!! Appreciate the feedback and support
Just when you thought you’ve seen it all this comes along. I think you made a home run with this, everything is attached and folds out. Diesel engine is a bonus as well as the 22 inch log capacity and 30 ft logs, amazing. Saw GP outdoors, keep up the great work, cheers
Best bar saw processor I've ever seen, nothing I've seen even comes close!
Thats amazing. Would love to have that in my yard for a day.
Cool
man that is a quick bar saw! you set the bar high with this one!
Came here after watching Buckin billy ray smith use his. Great machines
What a great looking and operating machine, and 115 HP .
Wow!
Thanks john!!!
I want one!
Awesome machine, my friend. If that monster could handle the gnarly tree service wood I get, It would be on the top of my wish list. Still waiting for that colors vid on orange and blue. 😉
A true monster of a wood splitter.
What a beast.
As I said before, the Bugatti of bar saw processors. Damn fine work Andrew.
LOVE IT.
Wonderful job Andrew, the Harvester bar is a winner and obviously lower cost than a big circular saw, almost as fast in practical terms.
It is really close in terms of performance. I think the nicest part of the circular say is the one touch splitter.
I love it, this thing is a screaming animal and enjoy how the bar never slows down, I also like how fast the cycle time is and how well the wood is split, I know there will never be a machine on the market that could compete with you guys ,end of the story this thing is awesome:)
Andrew, this thing looks like a total beast.
Thanks. Really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to watch the video
Man that machine is a beast if I was in the market for one that one would be it for sure
Hi Andrew EASTON we know you the king of wood splitters no needs of explaining we hear ya. And we ganna buy. We love ya bro. I'm ARIES from Alabama United States
Thanks for all the support. Really appreciate it.
Man that a great product if I was back in New England and was doing fire wood again I'd be looking very hard at this machine wow perfect
Thanks for the feedback and support richard. Its very much appreciated
all I can say is I want one but at 63 years old I will have to keep on with my dyna SC-16 that I have had for the last 10 years as I just dont have the years left to pay for one of these great processors I dont think I am out on a limb but I bet this machine can do a tri axle load of wood in under 3 hours. It takes me 3 hours 45 min to do a tri axle load my 44 horse Kabota in no way can come close my cut speed is about half of Eastonmade time is money this thing is going to make a lot of profit for who every gets one take it from a guy that has had a processor for 10 years this thing is a beast. I do not know eastonmade but I can see a great processor when I see one and looks like top quality in material and workmanship prove me wrong I did some quick checking on cost a new dyna SC-16 is about 75 thousand and eastonmade has the 22MB listed for 100,000 this would be a no brainer the 22MB hands down
An absolute beast of a machine. Bravo Andrew bravo.
The MB is a BEAST. Nice job, looks well designed.
Thanks steve. Really appreciate the feedback and support
Awesome machine
I remember when I first saw "Eastonmade" wood splitters years ago. I thought to myself, '' Now that's a game changer.'' Your quality and features just blow competitors out of the water. This unit is jut another example. My mind is still racing after watching how fast that machine can cut the logs and then split them. It is absolutely crazy! My only question is about the wedges. I remember seeing an earlier video where you had a grid like wedge. Is that going to be a feature in the future for this machine? Overall, outstanding. 10/10.
Hopefully have the 16 way finalized in the coming weeks. Really appreciate all the support
Great video excellent job on the processor looks heavy duty and lighting fast 👍👍🇦🇺
It's on my dream list bad to the bone
Awesome processor Andrew! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hello Andrew hope your well this is a really nice machine love the features SETTING THE bAR MIGHTY HIGH !
Way to go guys... wicked machine.. I got to see this in person in operation yesterday you guys got this figured out .. congrats to Andrew and his awesome team
That’s a wonderful machine Andrew. I wish you great success with that.
Thanks jim. Really appreciate the feedback and support
THAT is one sweet processor Andrew!
Cant wait for it to arrive Andrew, looks awesome .
Awesome Splitter! Well done guys.
That machine looks great, great job Andrew an everyone at Eastonmade! You've really set the bar high with this processor!!
Thanks bryan. Really appreciate all the support!!!
I love it I think it's a beautiful machine there's nothing wrong with that machine at all keep up the real good work buddy you have got a machine that will knock them dead
Variable displacement piston pump, I knew it! When will the regular log splitters get them? I know you tested it out a couple of months ago, you didn't want to say what pump it was but it sure looked like that type of pump.. 😉
That's also one reason it runs so cool. Don't have to cycle the oil if it's not used.
Do you also use a pilot valve, like DRG or DRF on the Rexroth so you don't run at high pressure when not needed?
I guess it's all "trade secrets"... 🙂
We're getting there lol
I watched this machine operate on GP outdoors and fell in love with the operation of the machine. The sound of wood splitting is music to my ears.
Wow she's a beauty, totally awesome machine 👏 took a look at Buckin Billy rays channel spotting an Eastern Made in the background 💪then watched a few and got the story, hats off to you supplying the Good goods 👏 and hats off to Buckin Billy helping others get there firewood sliced and diced 🍻😎👍 Great, Real people 👏 love both your channels 👏👍🏻
Nice Andrew!
Andrew you are a great builder.
Thanks jim. I have a lot of great help!!!
That is fast! Efficiency is key in the archaic world of using wood for heat
Thanks for all the feedback and support Anthony
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters anytime sir, you've earned it!
That is one awesome machine!!! To bad I’ll never get to have one sadly.
Another amazing machine from Eastonmade. Great job Andrew. Keep up the good work. Dave
Thanks dave. Really appreciate the feedback and support
Finally a machine with cab on saw side! Way safer for operator!! Enough room for the end cuts to drop into a hopper. No stopping when loading logs onto deck with the operator safely on the other side of machine! Was kind of my biggest fears with the daughter running the dyna Amd I was loading! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the feedback and support justin!!!
Impressive!
Bloody awesome splitter...the best yet...well done andrew and the team.
Perfect work horse 🐎 power...
Hi Andrèw, I've been around the firewood business for 50 years. I've never seen anything like that! That machine is to Paul Bunyan what the steam hammer was to John Henry. AWESOME! Merry Christmas. Shalom/gw
Looks Totally Awesome
Its even more impressive on person. Really appreciate the feedback and support dave
Very satisfying to watch this eat wood
Another great machine!
Thanks for all the support!!!
Awesome processor
Thanks conor
Bring it over and let’s play lol I wish I could afford something like that I have a old huskee 22 ton that I use it’s paid for itself a couple times now
I really like the machine. I would like to see what it would do running some smaller wood. I don't have the luxury of running big wood all the time.
Electric options would be great for your proccesors. Especially the bigger ones. If I had the money, I'd be running my processor along side my sawmill feeding all the waste into a grinder.
Definitely a totally awesome machine! A little more than I need being a hobbyist firewooder. Getting by with a Dyna SC14. We'll see where things go, I have visions of a circle saw machine if I get a delicated yard.
I'm bummed I missed the live stream but did watch it this morning. My question is are you having trouble delivering into the U.S? I purchased a log trailer with grapple and was supposed to take delivery in June, and was told they're working on shipping but having a problem at the border.
No its pretty smooth sailing for shipping stuff. Let us know when your ready jim. Rome wasnt built in a day!!!
It would be nice to see you make one half this size with a separate live deck... This 22MB is great processor but its to big. I love your stuff but you need to make a processor in the 30 to 50hp range.. Optional box wedge with return arm would be nice as well
You see one from us this spring
You guy do an amazing job building your equipment
Nice machine next year I might be looking??
Wow I just got into the firewood business and I want this machine!!
Let us know when you're ready for it!!!. Really appreciate the feedback.
That's fast!
Dang!!
At start up......was that turbo whistle in the background? 😃
Rolling coal!!! Lol. Cant tell in the video but you can hear it when it recovers from the cut also
Hey Eastonmade! GP sent me over and I subscribed! That looks like quite the machine!
Thanks for stopping by bob!!!
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters Question, can you place a bag where the “man glitter” comes out to help in the cleanup process when you have the machine at someone’s property to process their wood?
Just an idea moving the hydraulic cooler closer to the operators station for some kind of heat for winter use . Like the old dozers turning the fan blades around and tarping the motor
That may be an idea. I think the fan will spin both ways efficiently
Hi Andrew!!😀😀
I think you hit a home run with that bar saw machine!!😀😀👍👍
I like it buddy. How many full cords per hour in wood like that will it produce??
Take care my friend!😀😀👍👍
Logger Al
We advertise 3-4 full cord an hour. Really depends on the wood you have.
Man oh man this is slick unite. Maybe some day I’ll be in the market for processor this will be a hard choice between yours and timber wolfs big bar saw unit.
When you're ready let us know!!!
I watch Lumber Capital Log Yard (LCLY) and Neil Koch: Dig, Drive, DYI . I first saw the AXIS on Neil's channel. LCLY has an old Bells 2000 with a swing conveyor. Is a swing conveyor still possible on new equipment? Is a swing conveyor advisable? What is your opinion on a swing conveyor? It is not listed as an option. What is your opinion on chainsaw vs. blade. How do the costs work out. Clearly if you destroy a chain on some metal it won't cost as much to replace.
I like bar saw processors. Looks like a performer. All looks good but I would want shields that tame the oil mist and dust that flies off the tip of the saw. I get a lot of oil mist off the tip of my processor bar which I don't think is very healthy to inhale. I wear a mask that helps
I honestly dont know if there is a really good solution for it. There's not much where the operators station js situated
Couple more good videos, I would like to see or know how the bar wears with the pressure its putting down, as well as maybe we can get a view of a bar flip and chain change over. Little bit more hardware holding that one together which is good and strong, thought I saw 4 bolts there, 2 horizontal like normal and 2 widthwise. I'd assume the extra 2 fully removed and just loosen others and release tension but if you're willing to do a little show on the most serviced areas for us I'm sure it'll be appreciated and loved by many... thanks again for quality video and products...
Thats not a bad idea jarroh. Just loosen the bolts and move the adjuster.
Bugatti of processors is right. That was some really fast cutting and splitting. I hope you had a half dozen extra sharpened chains to swap out to keep up the cutting performance. Does the conveyor on this one pivot side to side for greater stacking capacity?
Man, that thing really moves! I assume this one is already spoken for?! Haha. How long of a bar can you fit on a machine like this to increase capacity in log diameter? That hydro saw is amazing!
It’s probably in the next level of processors as he said he’s the biggest in the category. Next is a circular saw type blade.
Very fast for a bar saw. The use of piston pumps is certainly helping, as well as for the cool operation. More expensive but they pay themselves in a few months just in fuel saved compared to gear pumps. Also being cool puts way less pressure on all the components and will help for longevity. Have you considered using joysticks instead of leavers? I know your job is to make firewood machines, not to use them all day long so cycle time may not be at its optimal best, but I feel that having both hands on proportional joysticks with the control of the splitter on your feet would allow the full use of the speed of the saw and splitter.
You're right on with all of that. Our bigger machines run off of one joystick and its a lot smoother and easier to run
okay Andrew I'm sold what is the wait time on that machine!! would you build a ( bundle,,, aka pizza siez wedge for it )????? I'm rilly, rilly,,, rilly, rilly rilly rilly rilly close to being able to buy that machine.ooo Yaa can you put a unclosed cab on it as well.
Hey guys, here in the UK our firewood is much shorter, typically 8-9” long. Could you run a trunk through at this sort of length and video it, as one comment I get a lot is how well will it handle timber that is short but still large diameter. Thanks, keep pumping out those amazing machines
Man, if I were a wealthier fella, I’d have one😔
Sweet processor what is the cost as it sits
Thanks chris!!! All the prices are listed on our website www.eastonmadewoodsplitters.com
Thank you
Hi Andrew,
I had missed that one. This a smaller model than the big one you have. What is the cost for this one. I already have a 12/22 which I really like.
I would like to see the different wedges in use and see the best size wood for each. Are they interchangeable with one of the diesels or 22-28 splitters?
At around 6:30 the logs are overshooting a bit by the looks. Is the measuring ram pushing them back a bit or is it possibly pneumatic and it's just following the log as it's backed off a bit.
Another very sweet machine Andrew and co.
The one side of the log stop cylinder is pneumatic and absorbs most of the overrun if there is any
Nice bit of kit.Makes nice wood with that 6 way
Where's it going to be price wise
Listed on their web site for CAD$130,000
I used to think cord king was a really good machine. It's probably OK. But this has the price point.
🤘
that is what i need just need a price
CAD$130,000.
Prices are on the website www.eastonmadewoodsplitters.com thanks for all the help jim. Have been really busy moving and organizing the shop this week
Very nice. are those 1" lines on the splitter ? that thing is fast. !
should have deemed it "The Beast" (:
Any chance of seeing these 16 way wedges split wood? I’d love to see the product that it makes.
Hopefully have them finalized in the coming weeks
That is nice! Looks expensive!
Thanks gene. All the prices are on our website www.eastonmadewoodsplitters.com
Nice processor Andrew. Very impressive! What is consuming the energy of that large engine? With manual operation it doesn't seem like there would be that many concurrent hydraulic energy users. Definitely a nice hydraulics package!
All the power is used for the saw.
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters before I looked I new the answer the saw on my dyna SC-16 consumes so much of the 44 ponys I have. That is why your processer is so fast you have 100 ponys running that big pump good job nice processor
Can you cut slabs from a saw mill on this unit ,thanks in advance
