      Assessing the facts of the situation is not pointing a finger in judgement. It's assessing what's real, and what's been going on.
      The boy clearly has no sense of responsibility, remorse, any self awareness, or the ability to feel compassion or guilt. Even during the court case, and sentencing, he still seems to be ok with what he's done. And his family don't seem devastated or disgusted either.
      A teacher described that he was arrogant, entitled, lacked empathy, and didn't take responsibility for his actions. Maybe that's normal in his family, if they don't see those things.
      Clearly no one close to him seems to have been interested or engaged in helping him to develop a more responsible personality.
      The more we normalise narcissistic behaviours, and minimise them, the more we should expect crimes of this nature, in our societies.

    My sister was a teacher in the same school district (different school but was close with teachers at Patriot Oaks). Fucci's behavioral issues were well known and it was widely believed his family had moved frequently because of it. He's like an empty shell, except for his appalling behavior in the police car actually talking about poor Tristyn coming out of the woods, when he knew that wasn't going to happen because he killed her. The performance in the interview room was laughable, he's not insane, he's just evil. I'm sorry for both families, especially Tristyns. No parents want to think their child is capable of murder. This easily could have been any of our children. We can't just turn a blind eye to violence and the many other problems in this world. I watch bc Tristyn didn't have the pleasure of ignoring this heinous crime. She was the victim who experienced such terror and pain as she slipped away. What's sad is knowing what I did as a kid, and how my kids are, I'm sure Tristyn was planning something really sweet to say or give/make her mom for mother's day....but instead on Mother's Day, her mom got the worst news ever....her baby was viciously murdered.

      Fucci had huge issues. It was known that he was talking about an attack on people to schoolmates. He had drawings of attack photos, carried knives around, and had them at school. No one said a word ! Triston sneaked out to go over to the house where these boys were, what were they doing? Where were the parents at that house? Has anyone talked about that? Triston obviously on her own" without force" took off from that house at 1:30 AM and walked into the woods with FUCCI. What were they doing there, that they couldn't do at the house they were hanging out at? You can see she was not forced to go, by looking at the videos.

His family needs to seriously take responsibility for their actions in raising him.

    • @Ul.B
      @Ul.B Рік тому +1

      @@caterinawilliams998 For that reason alone, there is no need to change laws, and Germany does not have to adopt such outdated and not very up-to-date regulations from other countries. The legislature therefore irrefutably assumes that children before the age of 14 are not in a position to recognize the injustice of an act and to act on this recognition. This leads to the impunity of this group of people, but not to the impunity of "criminal responsible" persons who act in indirect or complicity or are participants in such an act. However, the family court can order certain measures outside of the criminal proceedings.
      Furthermore, the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child clearly recommends that the minimum age for criminal responsibility be no less than 12 years of age. A lower age limit is not internationally acceptable, the Committee believes, and states should also be encouraged to set an age limit higher than 12 years.

      @@Ul.B I feel like people have a hard time remembering what it was like to be 13. I'm not really very different all these years later. At 13 I had an equal understanding to what I do today regarding murder and its consequences. If you're 13 and somehow don't understand that murder is illegal, you're severely disabled. Like severely.
      People talk about 13-year-olds like they're walking around in diapers wiping boogers on stuff.

    • @Ul.B
      @Ul.B Рік тому

      @@FlashRayLaser It really should be well known that a person's brain is not fully developed at the age of 13. This is actually well known - or at least it should be. Comments like this show that this is not the case. Otherwise you would know that the process of human brain development is not complete until the age of 25. Even scientific studies prove that. It sounds nice that you had the same understanding at 13 as at an older age, but not everyone develops so quickly and by no means can someone who takes longer be described as severely disabled. This is highly dishonest. Some people, even at an advanced age, cannot distinguish between fact and fiction - can these be described as severely disabled? No way.
      You don't talk about 13-year-olds as if they were walking around in diapers. We're talking about them as children and that's the big difference that really needs to be understood. These aren't little adults. That's what people thought in the Middle Ages. Time to slowly arrive in the year 2023.
