Meteor detection on radio spectrograms by means of computer vision

A computer vision model (the oldest form of machine learning - ML) using open source tools was developed and trained on the author’s Speclab spectrograms for detecting meteor reflections. Precision of over 90% is reached. Source and data sets are available. ML yields meteor reflection properties that allow (re)analysis of large amount of data in a consistent way.
