  • In this video, Todd Durkin, Lead Training Advisor for Under Armour & Owner of Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, CA, shares Strength Circuit "Workout C" from his 10 Week Training Program that he created for the Wounded Warrior Project 8K Run.
    This workout is a total body strength & conditioning routine focusing on all major muscle groups and requires only bodyweight and dumbbells. By completing the 3 circuits (3 exercises per circuit for desired sets/reps as noted in the WWP Training Manual dependent on your training week), you will get a great workout designed to prevent injury, increase strength, and help you run a faster 8K.
    It is recommended that you precede your workout with the "Dynamic Warm-up for WWP 8K Run" and "Super 7 Joint Integrity Exercises for WWP 8K Run" exercises before starting "Workout C." Your entire workout should take between 30-45 minutes depending on your conditioning level.
