not so easy to let go.
One of my mentors asked, How do you let go of a rope? How do you let go of a heavy bag? How can I teach someone a basic action?
It only seems "not so easy", until you practice letting go of attachments & entanglements.
The mind has is believe that it's not easy. We are always given the opportunity to release self sabotaging thoughts and replace them with loving, caring and powerful thoughts every moment throughout our day. The only thing that needs to change is our awareness of them. I often give myself an assignment for the day/week. Being aware of my thoughts without judgement. The next step is to replace them with positive ones. There's always a positive in every situation. Even if it's a lesson to be learned. With practice and awareness, it is doable. Why should we be so focused on loving the masses? Jesus loved the masses, and they turned on him when he was crucified. KD is right that we need to not be so me-centered, but we do need to be aware of taking care of ourselves. Loving masses of people is a waste of time: the masses couldn't care less about seeking deeper things. They act like a herd of farm animals, chasing the next shiny object. So I don't totally agree with KD, as we shouldn't hate our needs. But yes, we do need to see things in a bigger context if our cable goes out or we don't always get our way, he's right about that.
I care about like 5 ppl in my life and each animal I meet,flower,tree,river... 🐾❤🌼🕊 What to do,not expecting to get enlightened any time soon but this man is helping me get through the day 🙏🌺🕉
