3 Ingredients Cookies | Easy Butter Biscuits |No Egg Biscuits | എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഒരു ബിസ്ക്കറ്റ് |Ep:998

Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Maida ( All Purpose Flour) -1cup
Butter -6tbsp
Sugar -8tbsp or accordingly
Salt - pinch
Milk-3 tbsp
Baking Powder -1/4tsp opt
Vanilla essence - 1tsp or Cardamom Powder -1tsp
Method
Take 6 tbsp of melted butter in a bowl and mix well with ½ cup of powdered sugar. Whisk well for 2-3 mins. Add few drops of vanilla essence. Add 1 cup of maida(All purpose flour) and ¼ tsp of baking powder. Mix well to a dough consistency. Add milk accordingly to make the cookie dough. Don’t make the dough too hard.keep it to rest for ½ hr. on a baking tray align a baking sheet. Make small balls of the dough and press each ball towards the tray to form a shape of the cookie. Then on top of the cookie with a fork make a design. Sprinkle some sugar on top of the cookies.
Now bake it in the preheated oven or 15 to 20 mins. Then allow it to rest. The texture will be perfect !!!
