This video was so helpful. I'm wanting to publish my own graphic novels at some point and so many things about it scare the living daylights out of me. One of them being what happens when people really like your stuff and then you have to fulfill such a large order? You seem to handle it pretty well and it's inspiring to see that it's doable. Thank you so much for sharing your journey.
I suggest starting with small projects before diving into really large ones like this - my first art book was just a pre-order on my website with just a few hundred orders, I worked up from there. Best of luck!

The book looks awesome, love the color pallete. What kind of pen did you use at minute 6:59 cause it looks like watercolour brushwork but is digital isn t it? Congrats for the book and intensive work you’ve done!
I've been trying to something like this forever.. however.. never could find anything specifically for this publishing wise. It's either Comic or Novel. no way to find out how to get an idea on what to do. wanted to do this on Amazon KDP. but no real category for this. closest is children's picture book... which it is not.
