The thinnest 3/8" ratchet available for sale that I'm aware of is a Gearwrench 90 tooth. 11mm front to back and 25mm side to side. Low back drag as well. I'd try one of those given the very reasonable price...Not sure why Capri calls these low profile- they're average at best and the arc swing isn't very good.
I think I'm going to pick up a set of these thin wrenches. I've had issues with my brake calipers where I need to use a wrench to hold the guide pins while I use a socket on the bolt head, so the bolt doesn't just spin the whole pin. I've got a set of old Ace wrenches that sort of work, but the thin wrenches would make that job a breeze.

They're definitely not something I need to use every day, but they're nice to have on hand when nothing else fits.
