Hello and thank you for the video. I had some trouble with the second part but I was able to bypass it by connect to the IP 10.xx.xx.xx. I found it by opening the Network Folder on the printer menu screen. I hope that helps someone.
Is there any way (work around..) to store all my scans from HP OfficeJet Pro 8022e to a shared scan folder on my Synology NAS? I'm well aware that by default this option is not possible to set on the Web interface (no option for shared folder) but I'm looking for any suitable option to achieve that all my scans are stored on the NETWORK stored location... just as I used with my previous printer "HP 8620 Pro" which was my previous printer (which failed few weeks ago..)... I was not paying attention when choosing the new printer and now I'm surprised this functionality is not supported by default... Any advise or "good direction" is more than appreciated....

Hi there, thanks for contacting HP Global Social Media Support! I understand that you need to know whether it is possible to select more than 1 Network Folder. I will do my best to assist you. You may change the default settings by changing the default scan shortcuts from the HP software: Open the printer software and select Scan a document or Photo. Click the Advanced Settings button for the used shortcut and select the destination folder within the Destination tab. Click OK and then click the Scan button. Once completing the scan job the settings should be kept for the specific shortcut once using it from the front panel as well. Binu-HP Social Media Tech Support
