I’ve used a number of Range Rovers over the years. I’ve never had any mechanical issues - but loads of issues with the infotainment system freezing and not working. That aside I’ve always enjoyed driving and being inside them. Classy vehicles.

I spec’d one out to the same level, same options as my F-Pace SVR and it was within $50 MSRP! Seems like a steal and easy decision to upgrade from my SVR even though I’ll very much miss the exhaust pops and cracks... Nice to hear the brakes are good. The only thing I don’t love about my SVR are the pitiful brakes - it just doesn’t slow down the car and pedal is very mushy.

Relax, Joe: the armrest slides forward and covers up the cup holders (and your key-fob). I had the v6 D300 for a year, it stormed along and never missed a beat. I miss that car...
I love the velar especially with its chopped top like roof, wavy, sleek & classy lines!! It proves that SUVs can be a supermodel, not boring box on wheels that most SUVs are associated with!!
They are nice looking with plenty of power, so if you have lots of 💰, go for it. Reliability is the big question though. Good job Joe! Stay safe! 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸

Richard Lopez I just didn’t want to be stuck fixing it all the time and it breaking down. I have a friend who waited months for his Range Rover and when it came it had to be sent to repair the running boards didn’t work. It’s not just the value, it’s the inconvenience of having a car that spends so much time in the repair shop when it should be on the road.
Considering all the maintenance costs that come with a vehicle like this, I think there might be far better options if you're one to get a bang for your buck. The Genesis GV80 is something I'd happily wait for cause that car is way better looking than this one in my opinion.
Love this Velar, every time I go home, I see this bright pink (embarrassing color for a Velar, no offense) Velar at a Nissan dealership every morning, afternoon and evening when I go home with my dad and sis, Joe. Never expected such a color on a Velar. But still, I loved this review, it was pretty awesome Joe!
I think this "alphabet soup" is worth the price!!! Range Rovers are my favorite SUV and this one is well crafted!!!! Once again you hit another homerun!!!
I'm just here for all the muh reliability issue comments, and it did not fail. Anecdotally, I had an LR3 with over 215k on it and the transmission finally took a crap hence why I dumped it.

Just a quick question, Joe: none of the UA-cam guys give us a taste of the sound. Why don't you do it as something unique to your channel, or don't you want to run into copyright issues with the music? I'd like to hear what those speakers sound like.
Most reviewers don't do it for a reason. Whether you are you using the inbuilt camera microphone, or a separate dedicated microphone, it's hard to hear the difference between a $400 or $4000 audio system over a youtube video.
Daily videos during quarantine is something we dont deserve but are grateful to have! Keep the grind going Joe!
