As there may be some variation between specific models, we recommend giving our sales team a call at 1-800-385-2155. They're available weekdays and Saturdays and they can let you know which models can print on media with a canvas-like texture and which model is best for your needs.

On the 61 inch model, and 44? Incher, whats the MSRP on those? Is there a way to impliment a uv ink into this thing? Seeing this im wondering if this is an omen of the good kind!

I have Canon Pro-500. Can Canon pro500 use the same ink with Canon pro 1000? What's the difference between them?

Hi! The imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 uses genuine Canon PFI-1000 ink tanks. As the imagePROGRAF PRO-500 isn't available through Canon USA, we don't have information on which ink tanks it uses or whether PFI-1000 tanks would be compatible with it. We recommend contacting the Canon company that serves the country your printer was intended for to get more information.

This is really slick, but so what? Maybe Canon should start marketing espresso machines or electric shavers as well. But hey, if this is what works. I have a Canon, but I am now looking at something else. Why? Because Canon shows us digitally enhanced images and videos of their machines printing posters. Whereas the other guys show us how to use their machines, create revenue and earn a profit.
