Hmmmm. the only negative side effect I've experienced (w 4 on 2.5) was week 1 I had terrible sulfur burps for 3 days. Since then..I'm golden! I'm not dieting but I intermittent fast (easier on MJ). I work out 6 days a week. I have fairly naturally slowed on sugary/carb foods (mostly fruits and veggies). The last two weeks days 5 & 6 have had more hunger. Interestingly the appetite suppression isn't so "obvious," but it's still working. Going up to 5 mg next week. BIGGEST side effect? 23 days ago my morning prick (I'm t2d) was 346, today it was 147. This is just miraculous.

Switched to Friday night shots so I can be tired on Sat and chill.
I switched my shot day to Saturdays because of the same reason.

I’m on week two. About to start week 3. Appreciate you sharing your experience. I feel fatigue the first day after the shot.
Interesting. I haven't heard anyone self-injecting B12. Did you get a Rx from your doctor?
