    Will You Press The Button is a variant on the classic format of "Would You Rather?" where you're presented with the opportunity for a reward but it also comes with a corresponding drawback. For example, what if you could grow 2 inches in height but you'd lose 2 years off your life. Would you push the button? Check it out!

      Genuinely. I was concerned at the overwhelming odds of just not taking it. Yeah there will be downsides, but it's a power. You could eventually get used to being blind while invisible and in sure that could be useful

      @@bobbedybob8036 I think NL sums up the mindset around the 17 minute mark with Time Stop. People don't even want to risk/downside on the table or have no use for it so it's not even worth getting in the first place even if it COULD have a potential advantage. I do think people didn't think all of them through, but I can get the mindset of why.

    The other part that everybody overlooks is: Job security forever! One of the main reasons why people hate working fast food is that the customers suck and you can't talk back or do anything, but this time since you can't get fired, you can talk back to rude customers, no downside! For the pocket dimension question it feels like it _wants_ you to try and cheese it. It lists a whole bunch of clarifications of the monster while also giving you a time frame that literally doesn't work.
    But the question specifies one monster, the use of any pockets, and the ability to get literally anything you can think of if you succeed.
    So use both hands in two separate pockets and reach for something like 'an open tube of nanomachines that are designed to replace missing limbs with fully functional indestructible digits.'
    Or if two hands seems like cheesing it just reach for some magical object that gives you super regeneration powers the moment you touch it even with a bitten armstump.
    the reason it feels like you have to do something like that is because the question otherwise just asks 'do you want to make pockets unusable to you and bite your hands off?'

    • @0Rookie0
      @0Rookie0 3 роки тому

      I thought about using some long tongs but it didn't feel in the spirit of the magic button. But keeping in spirit, magic button says "no can do, hand gets eaten." Unless you get to shuffle for the same object through multiple pockets but at that point I could shuffle for anything for two seconds anywhere and then any other pocket is then safe? The being doesn't have a speed, it has an estimated arrival. The fear is always there but using time as a limit means you either get eaten every time or you can avoid it every time.
