Sorry sir i also have the same case like you but what i understand is bit differently like, in all 3 chart rahu is in jupitar house, and all chart jupitar is in retro condition, that mean one house beyond. In your case jupitar is in Kumbh rashi but due to retro condition jupitar behaving like neech planet and due to that rahu is not getting support from the lord of this house. Whereas in other chart rahu is seems to like neech planet but he is giving or taking power from dhanu rashi which mean when jupitar will strong then rahu will also give good result only this is the difference as far as nakshtra conditions shani, so sir shani is karka planet in all three charts so no difference🙏
You would have learn astrology in either in rahu - jupitar period or Rahu - Mars period and I learn little bit in Jupitar - Rahu period bcz as you said Meen is like (अनंत ब्रह्मांड) And rahu is desire. Hope you will see my comments am also from Brahmin family but have no such deep relation from Astro family
And learn astrology by my own and understand things in patern
Apart from that what I understand is due to retro condition of Jupiter, your Jupiter dasha should have average
And sorry forget to tell you my rahu is in rewati but still I feel problems when rahu comes either in prayantar dasha or sukchm dasha
