So I work for Dave and Busters, and we have this game. I've found that a lot of the coins that fall out and don't make it out of the hopper is a result of the coin/card sorter before they fall in to the count hopper. I fixed this by extending the sides of the count hopper upwards with some cardboard as well as reinforcing a few open areas of the rear hopper itself with cardboard. Haven't had a single Error code 6 since, all coins end up in either the front or rear hopper now. The left side of our game has a faulty/bent bridge or whatever it's called and that's been going in to error 6 a lot so I'm taking it apart this week and doing the exact same thing. Don't forget to also use some silicone spray and wipe the coin shoots down every couple of weeks to clean them, It will help a ton in the long run! Also, don't be afraid to spray the coins with the silicone spray every once in a while as well. Just be sure to use a respirator when you do because you know... don't need to be high as fuck at work by accident... It's not fun... -.-
@@jamespino7538 E. 03 is a Wheel Error (Wheel motor problem or wheel encoder problem). Check the motor that spins the wheel (directly behind the wheel behind game) and ensure there's no jams, motor is good, belt is good, and sensors are cleaned. Most cases a simple press of the reset button brings the game back up
I'm a games technician and this game is not necessarily a night mare but constant error codes and complaints from customers. Them getting their cards stuck or an e-06 and e-09 for mine.
Just by chance has anyone found an answer to the crappy bridge rail system all my hopper issues have generally been caused by this less the ideal transport rail system ER09, ER10 and my current one ER05
Error 5 is center hopper issue. Motor not turning, or sensor not seeing tokens. If Hopper is full of tokens, then its either a jam or a motor connection issue. If hopper is empty, then the issue is due to a faulty sensor. Hope this helps.
