Andrey Santos advise to Estêvão before arriving Chelsea:

I like that point on not relying on just a single player but the collective. I personally believe that it is only possible if the others also perform their roles on the highest level with consistency. Imagine Jackson finishing off his chances. Cole palmer wouldn't need to add that work to his own even though he contributing goals is also important

AFAIK its been reported couple of times that Estevao will play the Club World Cup for Palmeiras. And joins Chelsea afterwards. Not sure about Kendry but IMO his Club didnt qualified for it and thus he might be able to play for us in the US.

The midfield of Caicedo, Lavia, Santos, Casadei, Dewsbury, Ugochukwu and Enzo are strong enough to win midfield battles. But Maresca said he needs a stronger No 6 who is pressure resistant. Can Enzo step up? Will Reda Belahayne fit the bill? He's been likened to the one and only Ngolo.
The defense. Yes our defense. This includes the back four plus the goalkeeper. I know defending is done by the whole team but when the chips are down, can this defence withstand onslaught from say Real Madrid, Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City attackers? Whereas the attackers can win us matches, can this defence mirror the record set by the 2004/2005 backline in conceding only 15 goals all season??? The fact that attackers are doing their jobs of scoring 3, 4, 5, 6 goals in a game will never excuse defenders of not doing their own jobs of snuffing out goal threats.
