I love that you got the blahs for this crafting day because I love simple. Sometimes adding and adding makes a card stunning but the real meaning gets lost. Thanks for going simple.
Thank you, thank you for posting a video with just a few supplies. If I want to craft in the evening, I usually don’t have the mental energy to pull out ALL the things 😆 I watched this once, then watched it again and have been crafting along with you- it’s been so fun (and a great color combo)! Love your creative ideas, and this was good ink blending practice for me. After watching one of your videos, I realized that I actually needed just to spend time practicing, and maybe hold off purchasing yet another new blending tool. Thanks 😊
All of you have given me fantastic ideas for cards when I don’t want a challenge but to just make cards that make me happy so that I can add a quick note to friends to let them know I’m thinking of them.
I like what you did AND you made a sympathy card! In the midst of this pandemic where people are dying, I can't figure out why such a lack of sympathy card ideas. I have to make one this afternoon and I think I will try your idea for one. So far this weekend I have made a thank you card, and a birthday day card with the sympathy card the last and then it is back to cleaning up my sewing/craft, laundry, etc., etc., etc.
I so love your simplicity! Very cute cards and I love that color combo! I am curious for some future videos if you can give some tips of taking things with us and not our entire craft room. Reason I am asking, I will be going to babysit my 3 month old great nephew and while he naps, I may do some crafting, but I don't want to lug so much with me. Just a few tools and project that I can throw in a bag, easy to transport back and forth
@@justinehovey I mean it I have done them myself, just clicking on the box for the next person is Genius and it was very enjoyable. Please keep them coming!
Exactly what Im experiencing! I cant make a card. ☹️ thanks for this! I was thinking of something like this to get me recharged and creating. Off i go to make a card. 🥰. I did it! I made a really cute slim line scene card! Thank you!
Beautiful cards! I never thought of using birds like that. I have blue knight silhouette stamps, and one has birds that would look great with this technique.
TIP, TIP, TIP: Some 10's of T H O U S A N D S of other viewers may have already suggested this tip, but just on the off chance that's NOT the case ... You can E A S I L Y find the center of any RECTANGULAR shape, if you lay a straightedge across the surface from one corner to the OPPOSITE corner, and make a tick mark in proximity to the center. THEN, lay the straightedge from and to the OTHER PAIR of corners, making a tick mark at the middle where you see your 1st mark. VIOLA!! Easy-peasy and NO MEASURING!!
Your cards are beautiful. Thanks for the invite.

Love times a thousand!! Your thought process, as always, is the best!!
Thanks so much for sharing!! This was so helpful!! I forgot about doing this!!! Hope you are doing well!!!
Do you have a favorite combo for Christmas colors. I love how these turned out. But I think your work is always great.
I have a free download of my favourite holiday combos on my class site - justinehovey.podia.com :)
Love this set of cards! Beautiful ink blending!
Love these simple cards, so stunning!
I love these!! Great colors!!
I am still learning so this is a really awesome technique! Looking forward to trying it.
Wow factor
Love them. Really like the colors, simple but has an impact, and simple to do it. Thanks for sharing.
I love this technique of ink blending inside smacking tape! “Simple” but stunning results!!
❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for going back to simple techniques. I really appreciate the inspiration.
Love these cards!
Great ideas!
those cards are beautiful. Do you clean your stamps. I do not know what to clean them with . I haven't stamped much at all'
Not really. I usually just spray with water and wipe with a microfibre cloth. Sometimes I use brutus Monroe stamp cleaner
Awesome ideas! But the heat embossed sentiments at the end is kind of cheating 😉
Do you label your blending tools with the ink name, therefore having a blending tool sponge for every color ink you have? Or are they washable?
I have a video on that actually Is Craft Organization a NEVER-ENDING JOURNEY?
Thank you! Do you know where I could buy the sentiment set?
ldli.co/e/lepzp0 here you go!
@@justinehovey you're so nice
Do you ever just use the distress refresher rather than refills?
I don't, refresh is just a temporary solution
