Love all the colors, even the dark blue around the fireplace, love the crown molding, love the large kid's bedrooms, love the laundry room, love the kitchen, love the wood beams separating the dining room and den, love the small hallway going into the master which makes it even bigger. Did I forget anything??? My guest bedroom is exactly that brown color!!!! You did it again, Chance!!!!!
Pantries are not just for food. They are also great storage for the large bundles of t-paper, paper towels, pet food and other things that you buy in bulk. Most men don't seem to understand that.They are also great to store those large appliances and pans that you use once a month, for holidays only or once a year.
Yes love nice pantries for small appliances food and so much more than just food. I had to turn a small bedroom into a storage with shelves for all those things. One reason is I hate crawling in the floor trying to find things or pulling out a ladder when I need something high. I could go for less cabinets for a larger pantry

A little too open. I would extend the kitchen wall by the living room and add more counter space. No pantry tho. Again, put a partition between the dining area and the den. For once a master closet that's NOT in the bathroom.

There's a lot I like about this. The floor plan, 4bedroom plus the family room. It does need a pantry. I'd change things like color, a much bigger island, an extra 1/2 bath, square bathroom sinks, etc. But for the most, I like.
I’m so happy to see a house that doesn’t have gray walls! Gray has been worn into the ground, if you ask me. (Which you didn’t! ha ha). I actually don’t like this house overall, though. When you walk in to one big room with the living room, dining room, and kitchen, it reminds me of a giant sized efficiency apartment. It needs some defining pillars or half-walls or something. Another thing was the brown-toned countertops with a gray backsplash. Major color clash. This is the first house you’ve shown that I really didn’t like. Love the floor plan... the extra large utility room with extra space makes up for the lack of the pantry... well mostly. Very nice home..I like open floor plans.. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and I don't like feeling cut off. This is one of the best homes I've seen so far as far as my own taste goes...

this home was big enough to have some walls. feels like your walking in a half empty cavern. the paint color looks like the paint my mom had on the walls in the 60's. the den should have been the living room, and i agree the island should have been bigger. for all the space this house has, something got lost in the design.
I Am Not So Much For The Open Plan, But This One Is Nice!!! The Colors Are Amazing!!!! They Did A Wonderful Job On The Master Bath, This One I Give Two Thumbs Up!!!! And It Has Lots Of Storage!!!

I agree with you on the carpet. It seems real nice. Love the wall colors, really catches your eyes. That den is really special. Love that large welcoming fireplace. That room is just so welcoming and cozy. The kitchen is a winner. Nice island and good size cabinets. I like the way the utility room is right off the kitchen and is loaded with more cabinets very roomy. I think the bedrooms are a good size and again I like the colors. Master bedroom is really nice with that great closet. Lots of room. The master bath is beautiful. Lots of cabinets, great oversized mirror and double sinks. Beautiful window over the sink! I really like the laundry room, I think every laundry room should have a sink. Its spacious also! I like the vented door to the laundry room also. I think those types of doors should be in the closet areas also. The den is more private and cozier with carpet and of course where it is built at. Wow where the toilet room is there's a cabinet and shelving! I LIKE THAT! Tile work is beautiful and I like the blue color.

That layout is a winner, I really like the den, if it was my home I'd use the den as a living area and the living space as a den, and I'd like to add a pantry if can, and I like to make the fireplace into a gas fireplace.
Its funny he hasn't said "shub"in a while and as I was editing my video that goes up tomorrow night 3-24 I noticed that I had used the word "shub" on accident. Then soon as I get mine uploaded this video goes live an hour later and here he is saying "shub". Lol.
I love this one. I would probably build a pantry in that utility room. Other than that, it’s perfect for my husband and I, and plenty of room for my kids and grandkids when they visit.
A house that size should have a pantry. I'd forego the little coat rack next to the back door for a upright freezer space. That way, there's also be room for a mop and bucket. Definitely would want vinyl plank throughout the house to reduce pet dander and fur. You already know I'm not fond of tubs, but love the shower. In the kitchen: like that the microwave is lower - great for those of us with mobility issues. I'd want to swap out a lower cupboard or two for a of those deep drawers. Maybe a half wall between the den and dining room. And a deck going at least from the sliders to just past 5he back door would be paramount. Minor changes, but I really, really like this house!
Very nice layout. Plenty of room in the utility room for extra food storage, but unfortunately no room for a freezer. Now that we've got a chest freezer, I wouldn't want to be without one. The only thing I'd really change is that mustard yellow color. I'd prefer a light gray. The dark blue can stay though. Very nice!
Oh my gosh! Did I see blue walls in the master bath?? So refreshing to see instead of the brown, baby poop yellow and peanut butter color palette that all these homes seem to have. I don't think I'm a fan of the floor plan however. I do enjoy your videos! I'll keep watching!
Pros....love the size overall, love the four bedrooms. Cons.......more separation between the living and kitchen, bigger kitchen island, more cabinets in the kitchen, kind of iffy with the “formal” dining room, and close off the doorway for the closet in the hallway, and put barn doors in the bedroom, that way you don’t lose any or much square footage. Finally, I would change the paint color to a more neutral shade.....I think that is all! Lol

This is a very nice home! I would agree with your wife, light gray color for the walls would be much better. It really does need a pantry and more kitchen cabinets for storage. Thank you for all you do!

Beautiful window over the sink! I really like the laundry room, I think every laundry room should have a sink. Its spacious also! I like the vented door to the laundry room also. I think those types of doors should be in the closet areas also. The den is more private and cozier with carpet and of course where it is built at. Wow where the toilet room is there's a cabinet and shelving! I LIKE THAT! Tile work is beautiful and I like the blue color.

Hi Chance...beautiful home.... the kitchen isn't to big....no pantry..Wish the island was bigger....I would use the living room as a dining room and the den the main living space...love the utility room...liking the door is right near the kitchen if having groceries...master bath is awesome...no pantry dance darn it...be safe...I rather have all hardwood floors than carpet

It’s a nice home. There’s no pantry but the utility room is very nice. The master bathroom , the water closet has the area for your personal library.

That layout is a winner, I really like the den, if it was my home I'd use the den as a living area and the living space as a den, and I'd like to add a pantry if can, and I like to make the fireplace into a gas fireplace.

I love this one. I would probably build a pantry in that utility room. Other than that, it’s perfect for my husband and I, and plenty of room for my kids and grandkids when they visit.
A house that size should have a pantry. I'd forego the little coat rack next to the back door for a upright freezer space. That way, there's also be room for a mop and bucket. Definitely would want vinyl plank throughout the house to reduce pet dander and fur. You already know I'm not fond of tubs, but love the shower. In the kitchen: like that the microwave is lower - great for those of us with mobility issues. I'd want to swap out a lower cupboard or two for a of those deep drawers. Maybe a half wall between the den and dining room. And a deck going at least from the sliders to just past 5he back door would be paramount.

Very nice layout. Plenty of room in the utility room for extra food storage, but unfortunately no room for a freezer. Now that we've got a chest freezer, I wouldn't want to be without one. The only thing I'd really change is that mustard yellow color. I'd prefer a light gray. The dark blue can stay though. Very nice!

Oh my gosh! Did I see blue walls in the master bath?? So refreshing to see instead of the brown, baby poop yellow and peanut butter color palette that all these homes seem to have. I don't think I'm a fan of the floor plan however.

Pros....love the size overall, love the four bedrooms. Cons.......more separation between the living and kitchen, bigger kitchen island, more cabinets in the kitchen, kind of iffy with the “formal” dining room, and close off the doorway for the closet in the hallway, and put barn doors in the bedroom, that way you don’t lose any or much square footage. Finally, I would change the paint color to a more neutral shade.....I think that is all! Lol
