Anne Franks cousin Berndt Elias used to perform as a clown in ice shows. He talks about how Anne dreamt of performing in an ice show with him. She wrote about it in her diary in detail. It makes Berndt sad to know that this dream was never fulfilled.
This interview with Berndt took place on 15 October 1993 in the Swiss town of Basel.
Buddy Elias died on March 16 at his home in Basel, Switzerland. He was 89.
