Vera's VA needs to sound more "Crazy Sadistic Onee-sama" she's lacking that quality badly, also deepen her voice a bit more, it sounds too young which makes little sense since she's older than Lee. Panini's JP Vera VA sounds more like Vera as she's been described in the lore, and story than her current DUB VA, maybe have her Dub VA watch her scenes to get an idea of how different she's making her personality as she is currently she doesn't "Fit" nor "FEEL" like Vera.
Which Vera? The VA to me... did a better job at Garret then Rozen. However I would say Rozen form Vera always seemed less sadistic in my opinion. Garret seem a bit unhinged compared to rozen. I actually like the job Dawn is doing her voice is growing on me.
