Awesome free kart bro looking like heaps of fun i reckon move the clutch to ya foot and bush up your gear changer to stiffen it up and I reckon it will be sweet
Yeah I think a foot clutch be better also for keeping the motor in the power band. I think for the gear lever I can move the linkage up give less mechanical advantage

might get you an extra 100mm in the back at least without having to change too much
Yeah that would be heaps but the back isn’t too bad mostly the front needs up and I don’t really want to cut the frame
like mario kart can always use that 600 for another project i think you should put bigger wheels on it awesome video mate keep em coming

I think the 125cc is a way better choice than the 600. That thing looks like a ton of fun. Maybe an electric kart project in the future

I think I 110 clutchless 4speed pitbike motor would be the go on this.and from what I've seen the tires they use on the race grasskarts are what you want to raise it that 25mm

Another cool vid, Does it need the height all over or just at the front? if it is just at the front maybe bend or cut and fit the front arms a bit lower to give you that extra height...
It’s mostly the front I can get about 15mm extra at the back by sliding the bearings down

The Arc welder, what a novel idea!! A man with your talent should be able to be at least as good as the Asian channels that arc weld panel steel with no warpage ?
Those Asian channels are really good at arc welding a lot of the time with no helmet either haha
Ive seen alot of those tf125s when they start getting old develop a neutral between ever gear that they just like to fall into randomly 😂
Yeah there is a neutral between ever gear. It’s actually quite a good motor for it seems to have enough power

@@DktheWelder I love how wide that frame is and with 4 wheel disk brakes. Wow. I've been looking around my area for 1. I have a Tillotson 225 with a juggernaut driver pulled on a 30 series torque converter . I've wanted to put on a kart. I've been using it on my sfd industries drift trike. I got it up to 64mph with a GPS app on my phone. That was with the drift pvc on the drive tires lol. Just love what you do. Great channel buddy!

get tires that will fit well with some PVC pipe so you can turn it into a drift cart
Cutting the frame would be a lot easier lol. I will try find some bigger tires , pvc sleeves I need more traction not less haha
