It's good to see that the Maya have grown from their daily human sacrifice, slavery, warring, and raping origins due to the influence of European settlers. Even if those settlers were sometimes nasty themselves. But nowhere near as bad as the Aztecs and Mayans. Aztecs were were more warring and conquering than the Maya, but they shared almost identical cultural values. I have been to many Mayan ruins including Uxmal. I think Uxmal was my favorite. I would like to see the Olmec Colossal Heads.

In history there is no such thing as black and white. All of the great empires (Romans, Greeks, Egyptians, Persians, Aztec) were built on slavery and conquest. The neo liberal belief system we have now has only existed for a few hundred years.

How about you learn some real history then? Honestly can’t even begin to educate you on this, you need help.

I think you have smoke more than you can handle, and seen too much usa fake movies, perhaps too much trump fumes, learn history first and then comment.

It is "modern" Mayan, since thyme and limes (and cilantro and cumin) are not native to Mexico.
