@@MoneyMakingJuggernaut does Texas require an attorney? If I am just getting started can I just cold call my leads and tell them I’m calling from the treasury department of whatever county my leads are in?
How do u get people to pick up their phone to answer an incoming call from an unknown number? What % of the calls u make does someone actually answer? Who answers their phone nowadays, especially people who've lost their home and most likely been in a financial spiral for the past year or more? And what % of the vm's u leave actually call u back? Those are the $20,000 questions.
Stop asking questions and get on a dialer and make 100 calls a day
Hey these are great questions, I have a video where I explain the most effective marketing is a drip sms campaign that’s has an auto follow up sms being sent over three days. Calling can work if performed correctly you’d have to double tap and follow up

@@atulnadkarni3297 no my intent is start grinding start calling and will all fall into place. You can ask all the questions you want but get on the phone all day every day until you close deals. Then you will know the work it takes to build this.
